I took these during my acne treatment and did notice some improvement in my skin. Breakouts were less often, and my skin looked a bit clearer. The capsules are easy to take and I like that they’re vegetarian. Not a miracle, but still a good product that I’ll keep using.

I have a normal levels of HDL and LDL cholesterol, but triglyceride level is high (324). After 1.5 months I took Himalaya Guggul with certain diet ( olive and avocado oils only), my triglyceride level dropped to 220. It works great!

Good supplement to help the liver out. Could tell when I did and didn’t take it.

I am taking a statin, started taking this instead to see if it did what it claims. After four months of replacing this product with the statin all cholesterol levels were as high as before, obviously this is medical proof that this product will not lower your cholesterol.

It's better than chemicals but I can't tell if this changed my test panel. But it is psychologically safer than chemicals IMHO.

I bought this product to lower cholesterol level. Can’t say how much it works without test but I know it does for friends. But I can say that it is inexpensive and that the company was very efficient to send it. Good service!

stopped using it as it seemed to be of no value or do what it is supposed to do. So a waste of my money.

I use it to keep my acne under control. It doesn’t completely eliminate them but works in reduction combined with diet and facial hygiene practices
