A new spice for your pantry
This spice was new to me but the recipe for Indian grilled yogurt sandwich called for it and it was a real treat. I'm sure I'll be using it in many more of my baking and cooking

They were good
Made vindaloo with, which turned out excellent. Minor but noticeable difference from when I used the more widely available (in the US) golden mustard seeds the last time I made it. Everything Ive ordered from Rani has been good quality.
