Found my Panasonic base station blank and thought it was the power supply adapter. This replacement was <20 bucks and way cheaper than buying a new answering system with multiple phones. Received my new power supply plugged it into the base station and then electrical outlet and presto! Power was back on and happy to see all my phone book contacts and blocked numbers were still there!

Make sure it's a Panasonic AC adapter
Ordered a Panasonic PNLV226, but received a generic adapter. Plugged it in to my phone and had a loud buzzing noise on my end. Called Amazon and they connected my to a website that carried a PANASONIC adapter. For a few bucks more I got the genuine adapter. No buzzing or any problems at all. I didn't even have to pack the defective adapter, just brought it to UPS with the paperwork, and they took care of it. I love Amazon!
