I purchased last year a pair of your Chinook Trekker Snowshoes, 19 for my 8 years old son but had quicklythe plastic inner crampon sole broken on the left foot .Then I need support to get a replacement piece part which can easily be repaired as it’s attached with just 4 simple screws but can't get trough to customer service to get the piece part after I posted and mail for help.

As a smaller person (a little over 5ft tall) I was looking for a smaller set of snowshoes. I took a gamble and ordered the smaller size of 19 even though I am above the max weight as listed on the product overview. We have used the snowshoes several times and have had no issues with them warping or bending because of the weight. Well made product, good design.

Lightweight, easy for a 7-year old to use

These are a good size to stay up on top of the snow and not punch through, and yet they're small enough that I don't feel like I'm tripping over my own feet. Easy to maneuver on narrow winding trails and where there is no trail. Light. Effective grabby teeth for ice.

Was a gift and my son was excited to get it,I ordered the wrong size. Is there anyway I can exchange for a larger size ? I would have no problem paying more for the correct size.

First off, I used the 19" youth trekker (gold) shoes. I used them on snow that was slightly packed and snow that had zero compaction (soft). I had a 90lbs ruck sack on and I weigh 150lbs. The shoes are rated at 90lbs. They held up without any issues. The cramp ons were sufficient. The terrain the mostly mild grade and, at some points, steap. I was impressed. I put 6 miles on these bad boys in severely cold (-20'-35' with wind chill) weather which can damage some materials. Good buy.

Nice easy snowshoes to put on. I bought two brands for my kids and prefer these over the other. They hold the toe secure even on narrower boots and the buckles are easier to clip and feel sturdier. They are fairly light, have great traction and worked well even in -25c conditions. They come with a nice bag with backpack straps and mesh panel for them to air dry.

Very happy with them! Easy to use, they appear durable & functional.
