It is really easy to mix with water. It is exceptionally healthy. Taste is never an issue with me - as such powders are easily mixed in a small amount of water so you can drink it quickly. Never believe anyone who says a green powder tastes bad therefore you should not buy it, the purpose is to be healthy not enjoy sipping for pleasure. But...actually of the many green powders out there - this one has a fairly neutral taste and is quite easy for me to drink.

I won’t sugar coat my review. This does not taste good. And that’s coming from someone that really LOVEs broccoli. I do like the health benefits of broccoli microgreens so I mix it with pineapple juice powder and some fruit juice. It does help a lot.

Even though we tried several other natural remedies along with this for H.Pylori, when we started taking this once in the morning and once at night, It was completely gone within a week. It doesn't taste horrible but it doesn't taste like candy either. :-). I'll take it any day for good health!

The nutritional content looks strange. This powder is high in fat. 12 grams of fat on 28 grams of product. Its sprouts!!! not flax seeds. It says that 12 grams =15% If you know simple math, you'll calculate that 15% fat from 28 grams of powder will make it 4.2 grams of fat. Even saturated fat is present. Protein info is also wrong. No directions on how much to take. This looks like some sketchy company that just prints out lables and puts them on the package filled with whatever they found appropriate. I'm not sure if theres broccoli sprouts powder in the package. Tomorrow I'll contact amazon to return this useless thing.

Taste is pretty awful. I definitely recommend mixing it with other foods to help mask the flavor. I also took away one star because the zipper style seal does not work. I had to empty the sprout powder into a different container with a lid.

Broccoli sprouts are extremely healthy and especially for fighting cancer! It is so good to get them in a form that I can add to my healthy breakfast bowl!!! I’ve tried other brands but this brand tastes pure, healthy and not so processed!
