"When thinking back to heavy music and the 1990's, it's easy to just neatly summarize it up as grunge…and then nu metal. But we mustn't forget that between the two, several metal bands "went goth" - tops being Type O Negative and of course, HIM. And HIM frontman Ville Valo certainly succeeded in putting his own unique spin on dark imagery and vampirism on his band's debut full-length, Greatest Love Songs Vol. 666." - Greg Prato

Sonic Seduction!
This is one of my favorite HIM albums. There’s not a bad song in the bunch. I love their cover of Don’t Fear the Reaper. The addition of female vocals, really makes it stand out. Must have for any HIM fan. Love Metal for life! 🤘🏻

Yay
It came on time and in very good condition :) I've been a HIM fan forever, and it's kinda hard finding old HIM albums in record stores in northern New Jersey, so finding them cheap online makes my day

early HIM were already keepers
I'm a simple young goth. when I see HIM vinyl at a decent price, I snatch it. especially considering how rare it is to find.

For dark hearts
This and Screamworks are my favorite HIM albums. The expression of love, and anticipation of it ending in tragedy is something Ville conveys so well. Like The Cure, or Type O Negative, HIM's music is a hopeless romantic soul veiled by darkness and cynicism - perfect. For lack of a better word, this album 'rocks' hard and still cuts as deep lyrically as it does sonically. I adore every song, but there is something special about 'Heartless' and 'It's All Tears'...
