This is a great olive oil. Super flavor. Found myself using it in all of my cooking and to finish dishes. Great on salads. Have been a repeat buyer of this oil —it’s worth it!

I have considered myself to become quite a connoisseur.And saying that if you like something that is a bit peppery with a full volume and a nice dose of polyphenol advantage more than this is a great value for your money.Olive oil is much like wine and the way that we all have different pallets and taste buds this so happens to hit all of the ones that I was looking for for this particular next month I switched them up with seasons.Personally, I would buy this again. I’d probably wait a couple of months. We still have a half a bottle left. We go through it quick in our household as I work with the Mediterranean.I can give you of an incredible quick bite that this olive oil taste fantastic with.I strive to get my health and my polyphenol count every single day in orderI personally think that this is a great oil if you’d like to cook with it to me it is more of what some people would call a boutique olive oil in the fact that it is unique and I would not even wanna waste it for cooking. I want to enjoy that full body flavor.So I did some naan bread homemadeA beautiful display of homemade hummus and garlic I added on top raw, sprouted, sunflower seeds, organic everything organicI poured about 2 tablespoons of this amazing olive oil on my naan breadI then topped it with a little bit of fresh arugula, cilantro, and some beautiful oregano from my garden.Not only was it incredibly tasty it was filling. I think the olive oil gave it that flavor of I had a meal rather than I just ate a quick piece of non-bread with hummus. It gave it a very regal, healthy stamp and olive oil is what actually did the main job.I love peppercorns and of course I always use Baja gold sea salt Celtic salt. I did sprinkle a little bit of that on top as well.Bon appétit that was a lovely way to use the olive oil. I could give you 100 more ways to use this particular olive oil. It is fabulous and we will be buying it again for our household.
