This really is the best and most versatile seasoning I've ever used.
This is my go-to seasoning for literally everything. I use it on chicken, pasta, mac and cheese, roasted vegetables, pizza and even popcorn. It also tastes great on baked salmon, which is what I think it was intended for to begin with. It really is the best seasoning. I go through a lot of it so I needed to start buying it in bulk. I once ran out of it and called the company to try to figure out exactly what seasonings were in it so I could try to recreate it using my other poor abandoned seasonings in my seasoning, drawer. I could not quite get it, though.

My favorite on everything!
I use this on everything! My eggs, sweet potatoes fries, bison, etc. Completely whole and healthy spices only. Highly recommend!

Best thing for Salmon!
I've used this for years, then poof....gone from store shelves....PANIC! I was delighted to find this here on Amazon but so sad the day it arrived, the news came out that Chef Paul had died. A pity. His spice blends are genius and he will be missed.Back to Magic Salmon Seasoning...it really IS magic any time you can get my fish averse friends to actually EAT fish. But this stuff does it every time. Comments like "fish is so bland", or "I really don't like that 'fishy' taste" quickly die in their mouths when they take a bite of this!I learned when living in the Middle East to prepare salmon like this: squeeze fresh LIME (not lemon) juice over the salmon & allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes until the flesh becomes slightly milky in appearance. Then drizzle heavily with melted butter ( don't use olive oil here unless you like mushy fish). Bake at 350 degrees until flaking, about 20-30 minutes..check often. NOW: I do exactly that, but after the butter goes on I sprinkle the salmon heavily with Magic salmon seasoning. Try this once & I grantee you'll never look at salmon the same way again!! We just love this salmon spice. And we use it for more than just salmon. In fact our favorite use is with stir fry vegetables. Light or heavy, depending on our mood. Yes, and we use it for salmon as well.
