Missing Parts
The first order was delivered with only 1 out of 2 boxes. The replacement order was again delivered with 1 out of 2 boxes. Both incomplete orders combine did, however, makeup 1 complete order. Sadly, some screws and washers were missing because both boxes arrived tattered with holes.That said, it didn't take long to put together the bed frame. Everything fit snuggling and seemed well built. The slats though are CHEAP AF.All said and down, the bed feels pretty well built, it looks great and for what I paid for I'm pretty happy. I recommend this bed but purchase with caution.

Missing parts
Delivered with many parts missing. The box even said 1 of 2, but only one box came. Reordered hoping to get all the pieces because I love the look of this bed

Did not receive the headboard, just the pieces to assemble the frame..is a box missing?
