The best form of Sucralose for low carb diets and instantly dissolves/mixes with even cold drinks
Surcralose (the major brand name you often see is Splenda if you're not familiar with its generic name) is the best tasting low/no calorie sweetener out there in my opinion and tastes the most like sugar. It's the only one I can stand to use in coffee drinks and this is the best form of it, in my opinion. Unlike the powder types, it contains no maltodextrin which actually contains carbs (apparently labeling is allowed to calls fractions of a carb "zero" when it's not and so they are inappropriate for large amounts in things like deserts as they WILL add to your carb count if you are on a low carb diet. Also, it dissolves instantly in drinks whereas maltodextrin often requires a good deal of stirring. This is very concentrated so 1-2 drops is about the same as a teaspoon of sugar. One bottle lasts a long time as a result (far longer than several bags of the powder and this takes up so little room). I'd compare it to liquid Sweet'N'Low, but MUCH better tasting. I've probably used five bottles of this over the past few years so far and I have no complaints.

The best option out there at the moment
Tastes fantastic and 0 carbs/0 cals, recommended by Dr. Atkins himself if that's your bag. Healthier than Aspartame and of course Saccharine. A much better alternative to the packets of "Splenda", because the packets contain maltodextrin or other fillers that add up to about 1g carbs per 2 packets. I like sweet beverages, so using packets really adds up after a while. The taste of sucralose is very *similar* to sugar-sweetened drinks, but there's still a little difference. It might be all in my head, and it's certainly not anything to worry about. One small negative I noticed is that I think they overestimate the sweetening power a little bit. I love the big $1 unsweetened teas from a very popular fast food franchise (just about the only thing I can get away with without guilt on their menu :P ), and I used to use 3 packs of Splenda in them to get a perfect amount of sweetness for me. According to this bottle, that should equal 6 drops of EZ-Sweetz, but it actually takes about 10 to give the same sweetness. Not really a big deal. I'm personally a big fan of Stevia, but it's a relatively under-researched food product. Sometimes synthetic products (Sucralose) are actually better in this regard because you tend to know exactly what it is and isn't. Stevia is all-natural and, while it tastes fantastic and has been used naturally for thousands of years in many parts of the world, I would prefer more modern scientific study on it before making a life commitment to it, especially if there's a better alternative currently out there. This is it!

This even fooled by sugar-addicted husband!
This is hands down, the BEST product of its kind on the market today and it is nearly impossible to distinguish its taste from that of real sugar. My husband is a sugaraholic and a diabetic but refuses to use any no-calorie sweetener because he says they all have a weird aftertaste. I have tried many times to fool him with other products, but he instantly knows when I switch from sugar to no-calorie sweeteners on him. Well, that is until I found this product. I ordered this for the first time in Jan of 2014 and started using it to sweeten everything; iced tea, Kool-Aid, oatmeal, cold cereals, coffee, and pretty much everything that normally takes sugar, HOWEVER, I did not tell my husband I was using it. He has been consuming this product in place of sugar for about 9 months now and does not have a clue! THAT is how good this product is! Just yesterday he walked into the kitchen while I was using it to sweeten a gallon of tea and nearly had a fit when he saw it. I finally broke down and told him that he has been consuming it in place of sugar for the past 9 months and he did not believe me. I showed him the bottle and the fact that there was not a drop of real sugar in our home. He was floored and admitted that he was clueless the entire time. He agreed to allow me to continue using it. The best part of the whole thing is that his A1C levels were way lower on his test in Aug than they were in Feb and he could not figure out how, since he was still using the same amount of "sugar" that he was before. Replacing the sugar with this product has not only saved us a bunch of money compared to the stuff in the store, but it has helped him to significantly lower his sugar intake, subsequently helping to keep his blood sugar levels in place. I highly recommend it!

Best thing I've ever purchased
This is easily one of my best Amazon purchases ever. I'm writing this review 3 years after I purchased the EZ-Sweetz, which is when the bottle finally ran out. I used the stuff quite frequently -- almost daily -- and still it lasted over 3 years. I've used it to bake with, in drinks, in salad dressings, in just about anything. It is extremely sweet so one tiny drop goes a very long way. This is unlike a store-bought squeeze bottle type I once used which was watery, and I went through that bottle in less than a month. That other type is also bad for baking because of all the excess liquid. A note on replacing sugar in your baking: Normal sugar in a recipe, for example in cookies, is necessary to keep the cookies from having the texture of bread. The sugar bonds with the water and prevents it from interacting with the flour. As a result, you can't ever replace sugar entirely (at least not with JUST this product). However, you can reduce it heavily. One cup of flour requires only 1/4 cup of sugar to keep the texture you want. This actually works out quite well for anything that uses brown sugar, like chocolate chip cookies. You can cut all the white sugar and all the brown sugar and substitute EZ-Sweetz and molasses. (Brown sugar is just molasses combined with white sugar; search the internet for the ratio.) The bottom line: I would (and have) recommend this to anyone.

Love this, has no nasty fillers in it. Does not have the nasty after taste like stevia. Highly recommend.

This is okay in tea, and revolting in coffee. The reason is that it leaves a slight metallic after taste. This combines adequately with tea (English Breakfast in particular) but just doesn't work with coffee, which becomes very bitter. In tea, it leaves a sort of honeyed/metal aftertaste which is rather sickly and cloying. Interestingly, Splenda (which contains sucralose as a sweetener too) doesn't do this to coffee or tea, the taste is clean and so is the aftertaste. However the big advantage of this over Splenda, in particular the powdered kind, is that it does not contain any carbohydrates and is thus less likely to raise blood sugar. We are lucky in Europe to be able to get the tablet form of Splenda, the bulk of which is made of lactose and which only contains 0.2g of carbs per pill. By contrast, as teaspoon of the powdered form of Splenda, the bulk of which is maltodextrin (a carbohydrate) contains 2g of carbs and it's the only form available in the US (apart from the liquid stuff). If you use two teaspoons in your coffee that's almost the carb equivalent of 1 teaspoon of sugar, so not such a great bargain! So if you're on a low carb diet or are just watching your blood sugar like me, it is worth replacing the powdered form of Splenda with this liquid as you'll be saving 2g of carbs per teaspoon. It's much less clear that it's worth it for the tablet form as there is a significant difference in taste and aftertaste with the liquid form, which borders on the nasty side. Splenda tastes much more like sugar. UPDATE AFTER THREE DAYS: I'm sticking to the Splenda tablets, I just don't like the aftertaste of the liquid sucralose. But now I'm avoiding the powdered kind, if I want to sweeten yogurt I just crush a tablet in a little bit of milk.

This was a waste of money for me. One try of EZ-Sweetz and I knew I could never include it in my diet. I do a LCHF diet. I made an ice cream with full fat yoghurt, double cream and blueberries, sweetened it with EZSweetz, tried it, and had to throw it all away. It's just me no doubt, but it had an overwhelming metal taste that left me feeling strange for the rest of the day. To be fair to EZSweetz, I haven't found any sweetener that I can tolerate, but I was hoping EZSweetz would be a superior product - but it's no good for me. Only reason I gave one star rating was because no stars wasn' possible
