Excellent Choice
Installed it in my Peavey Classic 30 and it sounds so good. Still breaking it in but it already has a fuller, richer mid to low range as opposed to the harshness of the stock Blue Marvel (which isn't as bad as people say imo). Couldn't be happier.

Great speaker
Last year I got a great deal on a Monoprice 1x12 cab which came with a Vintage 30 which was okay but didn't really do my amp, a Suhr PT15 IR justice. It sounded a little raspy with harsh highs. The companion cab that Suhr sells with the PT15 has a G12H-75 Creamback and it's the one that Pete Thorn (the PT in PT15) recommends. I figure John (Suhr) and Pete know what they're doing so buying this speaker would be low risk. I am pleased to report that this was indeed the case. My PT15 sounds so much better with this speaker. I played it with the V30 for reference before swapping it out and when I plugged in and gave the creamback a go the difference was immediate and obvious. It sounds so much smoother than the V30 and not at all harsh. It seems like it has more bass response and the highs aren't harsh. In short, it simply sounds better and that's all that matters to me. This is a great speaker and I wish I hadn't waited so long to get it.

My sound went from a squeaky, glassy to a professional Rock Star sound level in just 4 minutes.
For years I had to learn to live with the squeaky, glassy sound of my Marshall DSL-40C, spending hours tweaking my multi-effects, trimming high-mids and highs to get it to sound decent. For clean acoustic sound it was good ...but who buy a Marshall to play only acoustic guitars? I finally realized I'd never paid attention to the speaker my combo came with, and decided to replace it with this Celestion 12H-75. I was finally able to achieve a professional sound, and that's even without adjusting the presets or the EQ. Even with the sound flat, it sounds 50 times better. If you're using a Celestion 12 Seventy, don't hesitate a minute longer; it's the best investment you could make. I can guarantee that no rock star would use this Seventy-80s piece of crap, haha.

Fuller tone and less harshness on Fender DRRI
My Fender DRRI came with a Jensen Alnico Blue P12q which when coupled with the amp produced clear mids and high mids, recessed low mids, boomy bottom, and harshness in the 3k and 6k frequency. I replaced the Jensen with a celestian g12H 75 creamback (8 ohm version) and presently the amp in the normal channel has a tight bottom end, good low mids or warmth and body, much less harshness in the 3k and 6k frequencies, and a fairly neutral top end. It however has less clarity in the mids and high mids probably due to the increase in 200-400hz frequencies which on the upside gives fullness, body, and warmth to the overall tone. I am happy with less mid and high mid clarity if it means reducing the 3k and 5-6k harshness, but some may not like that or more specifically some may prefer the chime and sound of the DRRI with a Jensen speaker for that vintage fender tone. Context is everything so YMMV.

I just got the delivery of Celestion Creamback speaker. It is OBVIOUSLY a used speaker. I could have ordered a used one for less money. I am not happy at all

Great Upgrade for Line6 Spider Jam
If you have a Line6 amp and don't like the sound that much, this is a really good upgrade. My Spider Jam had a harsh treble and mushy bass depending on the preset. I got really tired of the jangly highs. The Creamback tightened up the bottom end really nice. At higher volumes you can get a deep solid sound. I haven't turned up loud enough to get the roar yet, but I it's there. The harsh high notes have become really defined and smooth. The speaker takes about five minutes to install. It takes time to break in. You will notice the sound change after about eight hours of playing. The amp is a totally different amp now. I'm loving it. All the presets are better now than before. Shipping was slow from NY because of the holidays. Update: After about fifty hours, the amp is really sounding great. The bottom end roar is really pronounced. The highs now shimmer like a tube amp. Replace your speaker with this one if you have a Line6 amp. You will be amazed.

Excellent speaker!
Excellent tone quality. Magnet is larger than the original in my cabinet, but it provides a much better sound.

Great speaker
Gives great tone, response right across the spectrum. Nice and heavy magnet. Sounds better than the G-12. Everyone has their opinions, but this is not too much treble, just right. And bass/mids are too.

Mmmmmmm, warm mellows from my Marshall DSL 40C now instead of broken glass quack top end. Wonderful speaker and prompt service :)

I love the sound from this speaker in my DSL40C, it really should have came from the factory this way.

Great speaker. Replaced one V30 in a 2X12 cab and both speakers work great together. They complement each other
