The Republic of Tea Get Gorgeous Tea, 36-Count

I want to begin by stating that I have struggled for over a decade with acne, and my skin has cleared up in just a week after buying this tea. However, I have made several other changes in my lifestyle, which I will mention at the bottom of this review. As for the tea, it is super healthy rooibos tea packed with other ingredients that are all good for you and your skin. Here are the health benefits of each: -Organic Rooibos: antioxidants, alleviates dermatological issues -Orange Peel: vitamin c, flavor, and numerous cosmetic benefits -Hibiscus: lowers blood pressure, vitamin c, natural diuretic -Chamomile: stress release, anti-inflammatory -Red Clover: relieves menopausal symptoms -Chaste Berry: natural treatment for acne and PMS -Burdock: natural treatment for eczema, psoriasis and scalp health -Other Ingredients: Natural Pomegranate Flavor Notice how each ingredient was chosen for its skin or stress-relieving benefits. Smart blending! The flavor is mildly sweet. I am a fan of chamomile, and it is the most noticeable flavor of this tea. I am wary of the natural flavor that is added, but it certainly is a good tasting tea and very mild. It is caffeine free and zero calories, so you can enjoy a relaxing cup any time of day or before bed to wind down. As for the other changes I have made, I also recently began using a prescription retinoid cream. I have only used it a couple of times, but I have consumed this tea every day for a week. I also have started using honey and lemon juice masks at home every few days. My pimples are GONE. It has probably been a combination of all three things that are clearing up my skin, but drinking more of this tea and less unhealthy drinks is a benefit on its own. If you are questioning whether to buy this tea or not, I say go for it. Even if it does not clear up your skin, then you still have a delicious zero calorie tea to enjoy.

I bought this tea at the end of Oct.2020 just to try it after reading some reviews on here. I have been struggling terribly this year with hormone related adult cystic acne breakouts that literally would not go away no matter what products I was trying (& I've been trying everything under the sun-changed my skincare routine, added skin vitamin supplements, collagen powder supplements, you name it), but sadly, nothing has worked. I can honestly say that THIS TEA IS LIKE A MIRACLE! For the first time since Feb. my skin (about 2-3 weeks in of drinking this tea) is almost clear & I have not had a re-breakout as of yet! I, (like some others on here) am only drinking 1 cup a day (1 teabag) as well (I actually put it in a 36oz. sports bottle, leave it in the fridge overnight & drink the whole thing throughout the next day). The taste is mild & pleasant, don't need to add any sweetener at all. Most importantly: IT WORKS! I'm gonna' need a lifetime supply now because I don't want to live without it! My skin is more moisturized, seems thicker (it was getting thin due to menopause), & is starting to have a healthy glow. OMG! THANK GOD FOR THIS TEA! I HOPE THEY NEVER STOP MAKING THIS!!!!! Nothing else (been taking collagen & skin supplements for like a year) has done what this tea has done for me. I'M SOLD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE HAVE SKIN ISSUES OR GOING THROUGH HORMONE ISSUES!

The tea tastes good, very pleasant aroma, has a slight sweetness to it. I hope this tea does provide some beauty benefits, but overall, I've brew a cup every day and I've had been drinking this tea for the past few days (almost a week) and I really like it. They're individual circular tea bag, which makes it very easy to make and consume.

Bought this for years! Love this brand. Good quality. Good taste. Single sachets are nice to keep in purse and for travel.

I don't know if this tea really specifically medicinally helps your skin, but it is so tasty that it gets me to drink more clear fluids, which is a big part of improving troubled skin AND a good energy pick-me-up. So I vote two thumbs up for this one. It is fruity and slightly reddish in color brewed and equally tasty hot or cold or anywhere inbetween. Someone gave me a traveller's tin (made from two of the lids) and that's nice to have in your bag - the shape seems to never break open accidentally. If you hit a coffee place and are cheap like me, you bring your own stainless thermos, whip out your cute little round tea bag and all you'll need is hot water. Cheaper and better for your skin than an orange mocha frappucino. Try it!

Delicious product, but so far haven't noticed a *huge* difference in my skin. I don't drink this everyday, but will enjoy a cup of this tea 3-4 times a week.

When I first got this in 2019 I drank one tea bag everyday for a while and my acne went away. I had no more breakouts and my skin wasn’t red anymore, but, the smell and taste is awful; I don’t remember how I could stand it, but I did, all for the sake of clear skin, and it worked, but when I stopped using it my acne came back again. I only stopped using it because the taste and smell were very unpleasant so I couldn’t handle it anymore. This is Red Rooibos yea and you can get other South African Red Rooibos tea, such as the one from the Numi tea brand, which is really good and smells better. There’s also organic Red Rooibos tea from the brand “David’s tea”. I would suggest Numi and David’s tea because the smell, taste and the quality are much better, and Numi really reduced the redness of my skin within the day I consume it. This might be different for you, but it’s how it is for me.

Taste, the feeling of self care and results are amazing. It helped a lot with my skin problems as well once combined with a healthy diet and consistent skin care.
