Perfect up to date chart
Perfect up to date knife and chopping board colour chart including new allergens colour coding, a must for all catering establishments. Just remember allergen equipment must be kept separate and thoughtly cleaned between use. I also bought the chopping board yet to purchase a colour coded knife set.
