I thought, well, it’s just a comb but I’ll give it a try. This comb exceeded my expectations. It’s very sturdy, even heavy. The comb has somewhat exaggerated spacing between the teeth and a progressively increasing width from the point of the teeth to the root of the comb body. If you have thin hair that lays flat and close to your scalp this comb gives it a little lift and a slightly “chunky” appearance. Also the heft of the comb gives it a professional feel as opposed to some other cheap lightweight products that meet the minimum standard for being a “comb.” No comb is going to work miracles but if you have the above condition, I would recommend it.

Can't tell you if it's actually carbon or not as I don't know how to test that. But it is a great, cheap comb nonetheless. I've tried bending it; it's quite stiff, but could probably be snapped in half by hands if you really wanted to.

Sturdy, good quality, gentle on my hair. I'm glad I spent just a few more dollars on this one.

I bought this for my curly/wavy hair and so far it has been perfect! The size isn’t too big so it doesn’t look weird, and it feels amazing to hold and use. It glides straight through my hair detangling it without pulling to hard. 10/10 would recommend.

I have very fine and straight hair. I bought two of these combs so I could have one handy whenever I needed it. I LOVE how my hair feels as a result. I use it out of the shower before blow drying and it literally glides through your hair. I highly recommend this product. If my hair tangles, I can only imagine how curly hair would, so it would be good for any type of hair for sure.

All of us "old dudes" with ponytails need one of these. No broken teeth just like the manufacturer promised. Helps to retain some of that hair I still have up there without yanking it out in tangles. :-)
