My husband put this up in our bathroom and I love all the light that comes through the window now! It really opens up the room.Unfortunately, we found out that the textured film doesn't completely block people from the street seeing inside the bathroom. You can clearly see the shape of a person, though details are a bit blurry. Our neighbors across the street probably have a good idea of our comings and goings... Especially when having to use the toilet (which is right next to the window). The window is set up high enough so that you can't see anything private, but it is embarrassing when the whole street has an idea when you're about to sit down and do your business 😐 It's really obvious at night when the bathroom light is on.We will be buying a curtain to cover the window at night.Aside from that we really are enjoying the way the window looks with this textured film. The light in the bathroom is beautiful during the day and I'm glad we've found a way to keep that.

This privacy film is nice if your house sits far from the street. However if you’re looking for a real privacy you’re not going to get it with this film. It’s perfect for what I got it for but I wouldn’t use it in a bathroom.

I didn’t feel like this was represented well online. I had wanted to put this on a back door for privacy but the design didn’t look good. I don’t think this fits anywhere except a bathroom.
