Hi, this radio support original rear view, front camera, original car radar, original car 360 camera, original USB port and original JBL amplifier.

Q: Does it comes with the usb fitting to connect the cable from the iphone/android to this device and use carplay?

Yes, this head unit come with three usb connectors( one cable with single usb, another with two usb connectors), don't worry about it.

Hola No he tenido problemas con descarga de la batería Y los tengo desde hace más de una año. Lo raro es que la corrección o Harness ya viene lista. El carro cuando se apaga siempre alimenta el radio para la memoria pero el consumo es sumamente bajo. No se si tienes un amplicador asociado al radio y se te queda encendido
