Do not buy this product1- Very uncomfortable and feels it will harm more than cure2- it is very stiff and causing more pain3- size is too huge literally no science behind it4- full on scam product

Not recommended for grinding, it will tear.
Got cut at the front by my front teeth (not recommended for grinding if you have overbite or deepbite),started to turn yellow in few days. Its width is 7cm, use this if you want to fix your overbite, underbite, deepbite, or straighten your teeth and widen your palate, just dont chew on it, start with day time use. This would be the only mouthguard i will buy from amazon.

very uncomfortable
just got it today. it's very thick, I found it very uncomfortable even for short duration. I have now cut away the top portion and find it ok but still not usable as intended. will try using it for few more days, have a feeling I may need to junk it
