Pamela's Gluten-Free All Purpose Artisan Flour Blend, 4 Pounds (Pack of 3)

It is really good GF flour especially rare as has no xanthan gum. If celiac and allergic or intolerant to xanthan gum, it is great!

I love this flour for baking! Growing up my mom made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. And they were a staple in our home! I lived on them. When I found out I had celiac as an adult. That was the one thing I knew I had to figure out how to make. This flour was a game changer. They taste EXACTLY the same. And that’s hard to do with gluten free baked goods. So this is my go to flour for baking and any recipe requiring flour. Worth the money and actually not that expensive for the size of bag.

This is my go to for pie crust and thickening soups.

With this flour blend, I can make a homemade German Chocolate Cake, a Carrot Cake, or any other dessert and NO ONE can tell that it is a gluten free cake. Pamela's was recently bought, so I am praying that the flour blend does not change at all. I would be crushed.

Works good for regular recipes, just use a little less 1/4 cup.

Great for most recipes, but does not work well with yeast doughs

Great flour. Seller needs to package it better. Mine arrived with flour everywhere because one busted open during transit. Amazon made it right but this flour is not cheap so sellers need to package it properly. Thank you Amazon for your great customer service.

I love this product, it’s my secret ti making GF items that taste like they have gluten. Cakes, breads, cookies, anything I make tastes delicious and no one knows it’s GF.
