As someone who suffers from Raynauds in my toes I have been pleasantly surprised that this seems to help keep symptoms more at bay.

I really love this stuff. It is gentle yet effective and my feet and toes feel warm as soon as I massage it in. The salve is thick enough to anywhere you put it. There is pepper in the formula, but it is balanced so that it does not cause burning.

It’s okay. The smell is a bit strong and I don’t love it. I was hoping it could help warm up the poor circulation in my toes and it does a bit, but I believe some of the circulation ingredients are a little too irritating as well. It is very moisturizing.

After using for a week cycle was more like it was when 20 years old will follow up over next few months. Did use some estrogen supplement as a counter agent to this one from time to time as well. Giving it 4 stars because it goes on a little oily and this could get a bit pricey as well. Budget about 40 to 50 bucks a month to use this regularly. Coupled with estrogen supplements you could be looking at about 75 dollars a month. Some people it seems need estrogen over progesterone and others the flip. Maybe it changes throughout the middle years. We don't know yet but for now we can say the initial results are good and if you need to changeup the two supplements the cost is about the same either way.

Product works well and does so WITHOUT the unpleasant odor that other products have. This one is a keeper!

This salve does not warm. I have raynaud’s syndrome. This is a waste a money plus I am very disappointed and still have icy toes.

i don't know what this cream is supposed to be like -first time ordering. all i can tell you is that it is very grainy. even when i warm it up with my hands, the granular texture remains. i have used natural products all my life and i know sometimes textures are not like highly processed products. that being said, it feels like maybe this product is old or was not blended well in manufacturing stage. also do not notice much warming effect. i will use the container because i don't throw away things i pay good money for, but i doubt i will reorder.
