Victor Allen's Coffee Seattle Dark, Dark Roast, 42 Count, Single Serve Coffee Pods for Keurig K-Cup Brewers

I love this coffee. I bought it because of the price. But I love the taste. It is perfect, strong and smooth. I will be back to buy more.

I've used this coffee for years, even before using Amazon subscribe and save, which is a lifesaver, never run out and the dark roast flavor is my favorite. Value and price help too

Update: Ordered this on the hopes the first was a bad batch and glad to say this second box was much better. Original: I have been buying this brand and flavor locally but in a smaller quantity. I love the taste. I decided to buy the coffee from here because I could get 80 pods and I am so disappointed in the taste. It is so weak and watery. Definitely won't purchase from here again as it doesn't taste anything like what I have been drinking up to this point. Going back to buying locally.

Looking at the other reviews, Amazon is once again combining various products into one lump pool because who wants to read others' opinions on a specific item they're considering purchasing, anyway? The downgrades to Amazon's shopping experience over the years are just ludicrous, but... I am by no means a coffee connoisseur. I drink 4-5 cups per week to kickstart my days, and that's about it...I can't comment as to the quality of the blend or whatever hints of tastes may or may not be in each cup. What I can say is that the end product tastes like coffee, it wakes me up, and it represents an incredible value compared to the other K-cup options out there. I've ordered Victor Allen's Seattle Dark 42-count package via Amazon numerous times over the past several years, and have never had a complaint to make. No damaged K-cups, no issues brewing them with my Keurig, just the cheap, consistent cup of hot caffeine that I'm looking for. If you are a heavier coffee drinker than I am, and particularly if you *are* capable of appreciating (or even discerning) the differences between a cheap cup of joe and a gourmet blend sourced directly from some private reserve inside another private reserve somewhere in Colombia, this is probably not the coffee for you. But if you just want something to perk yourself up in the morning at a cost per cup that wouldn't look too out of place in a Norman Rockwell painting, this is an ideal option.

Seattle Dark and Carmel Macciato are my two favorite flavors of coffee in pods. Both brew a 12oz cup with excellent color and deep rich flavor in a Keurig machine. Seatle Dark is particularly good when brewed with the Iced Coffee option and a 20 tumbler of ice.

Frequent grounds in cup; about 50% of the pods leak a lot. Each leaky pod shows no damage but somehow allows too many grounds to be drinkable. Each offender gets dumped out and I try another...have not had two consecutive "leakers" but will not reorder this brand. Used in a Keurig brewer which has not shown this problem with at least 4 other pod brands over 10-12 months use.

Best tasting coffee from coffee pods! Dark, rich, non bitter flavor! I've purchased several times and will purchase again.
