As of October 2021, I've ordered Amen's SBO Probiotic four times. It's always been a challenge for me to keep the inner terrain in good shape - lots of toxics and pathogens to deal with - but this probiotic supplement really does help. Specifically, it has some ingredients known to help the digestive and detoxification pathway organs and systems as well as supply beneficial organisms and prebiotics. One of these is organic sprouted broccoli seed, which is a source of sulforaphane, which is among the best things I've ever used. Note the strains included, along with the supporting ingredients. A great combination, and overall an excellent and effective formula.

Taking these daily. Will purchase again! I love these guys and trust them a lot and this product is no different. I've been taking probiotics daily for the past three years to help with digestion. Some brands have wreaked havoc on my digestive system (will spare you the details!) and some have been ok. With these ones, let's just say everything is working very nicely as it should ;). I'm impressed by the ingredient list too. Looks like every single ingredient is from some type of plant and is organic. Given my obsession with organic everything, this is a big plus for me.

I love that I feel the probiotic doing what it's supposed to do just a few hours after taking it; it helps regulate my system for sure. Plus, the packaging is clean, simple, and to-the-point (no fluff with filler buzzwords). I would definitely get this again!

I travel a lot for work and really struggle with my gut health (also from travelling and not being able to cook at home all the time etc) This is the first probiotic that I can take with me anywhere, not worry about it having to be in the fridge that actually works. The capsules are super easy to take, they don't have an aftertaste and I feel really good after 2 months of taking them daily. I've been taking this along with their collagen so it could be both that has me noticing a huge difference but I think it's the combo of 2 that have me really feeling great. Also feel like it's a great price point for such a clean ingredient probiotic. Highly recommend!

Maybe it's a sign I really needed some additional probiotics in my life for my gut health, but I felt some uneasiness/queasiness in my stomach after taking these.

I’ve tried probiotics in the past but I never really quite felt the difference even when I was taking them consistently. I really liked the fact that these were vegetable based capsules, I don’t eat gelatin so that was a major plus for me! The instructions are super clear and I can honestly say I noticed them working within days of taking them, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to stimulate the digestive area and maintain an overall healthy gut. I’d definitely purchase them again!

I have been taking this for about 9 days. First two days were a little rough; super gassy and the bathroom was my new home. But after that my bloating went away, lost 2 lbs and my joints starts to ease up on their pain. I will definitely be keeping this order going. No burping or after taste.

I buy a ton on Amazon but very rarely review items unless they are exceptional - either exceptionally good or bad. This item, and brand, is definitely the former. I also highly recommend Amen’s Collagen supplement. I have a very sensitive stomach and have long relied on probiotics to ensure optimal digestive health and functioning. I have used many different brands over the years but have never been fully satisfied, for a litany of reasons, until I stumbled across Amen’s offering based on a recommendation from a friend. Like their Collagen supplement, this product is easy to digest, and highly effective. Bottom line....it’s simply better than any competitive product I’ve tried - and there have been many. Highly recommended.
