This works great to cover our light above our sink. Great value while looking good as well.

We bought a 1961 ranch that was missing trim and glass from two recessed square fixtures. We couldn’t find anything at Home Depot or our local lighting store. The lights worked fine but looked horrible without any trim or glass over them. These snapped in perfectly and we love them!

My 35 years old 8” square outdoor light fixture trim is rusty and needs to be replaced. I have been looking for replacement for about 2 years until I found this product. It is an exact fit and looks good after it is installed. However, it is expensive as a trim. Hope it will last 30 years.

When renovating the kitchen our selves to save money we ignored the missing frame and glass thinking it would be simple to replace. It wasn’t, I have looked and looked , different search strings. Was pretty much ready to do work on the soffit and get an electrician to install correct wiring for the new flat led panels when I found this. Big thanks to the lady who reviewed I was able to tell what the product was. Sell at need to add dimensions and several views. The disc root ion says 42 watts, this is not a light fixture just then glass and frame. Very happy. Fairly well made . Torsion springs are very good. Our fixture is 65 years old. Perfect fit!

This was a perfect size and replacement for the recessed can light fixture.

I bought the item which arrived packaged well. But it is just like the panel I have on my existing set of lights. Nothing more. There is no point buying this product. When I tried to return it (never used), I saw a hefty fee of $15.64 to return within California. That's completely unacceptable. Do not make the mistake of buying it.

Perfect in a hallway. Had an old brass fixture with funky glass that I wanted to update without replacing the whole light assembly. This fit the bill. Doesn't block or distort the light at all, blends seamlessly into the ceiling. The only thing I would note is that this didn't fit exactly snug up to the ceiling on the first try. The foam strips that block sideways light escaping also pushed the frame away from the ceiling so there was a slightly visible gap. Shaving the foam a little solved the issue.
