Company's customer service sucks, but the product is great
Company's customer service sucks, but the product is great. In fact if it wasn't the only flour I can stomach, being Celiac, I wouldn't order from them. My hands are tied. Hence the 3 star rating.

Maninis Gluten Free Flour Mix
I used this flour blend to make 2 muffin recipes. One turned out well, the other one not so much although the flavor was good, they took a long time to bake and didn't raise much. Not sure why but could have easily been the baker's fault.I like the fact that the flour blend doesn't have any rice flour in it as so many of the gluten free blends do.

Nice but expensive.
It does pretty well for gluten free. It is very expensive when you add the shipping. I am can mix up about the same thing if I take the time to put in all the ingredients, so I am not sure I would order again.

Great flour
I made some great muffins with this flour which is difficult because I can't use dairy, egg, wheat, soy. I just wish it was less expensive

Gluten Free Flour that tastes and bakes great
My daughter has multiple grain allergies including wheat, rice, corn, plus dairy and nuts. It is nearly impossible to find gluten free products that are also Rice and nut free. Maninis products are the only Gluten Free flours that she has found that fit all of her food issues.BUT MOST IMPORTANT - The Maninis products bake into good tasting, normal looking products. We have made cookies, breads, quick breads and pizza dough.The only way to get these the products is through Amazon. The drawback is that Maninis flours are expensive (like most gf items) and they are not eligible for Amazon Prime.

Great Gluten Bread Flour
This is a great flour and I make all my bread and buns with it. The shipping time was just perfect

I am new to using gluten-free products. Prior to using this product, I had tried a cookie mix that used rice flours and a flour mixture recommended by a gluten-free cookbook. The cookie mix using rice flours produced a gritty cookie. The flour mixture recommended by the gluten-free cookbook worked well, but required me to buy four different ingredients. This flour was the best and easiest to use; it allowed me to make my usual Christmas cookies simply substituting this flour for wheat flour. The cookies turned out to be delicious. Of course, I sifted this flour as I would have sifted the wheat flour.
