More effective than others
Compared to a previous one I've used, this L-Tryptophan seems more effective. And I like that I don't have to have an empty stomach before taking it. Am more likely to get 7, even 8 hours sleep now.

Reliable and clean supplement
This supplement really improves my sleep. I take one capsule before going to bed. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take another one and don't have any problem falling back asleep. Seems to have pure ingredients. No carageenan or magnesium stearate. Read your labels
It helps me sleep but not used alone. I use Ornithine from Dr. Clark Store to help. I respect Superior Labs for not putting magnesium stearate and other harmful fillers that I am aware of. I didn't have any side effects or upset stomach. The effectiveness wasn't as good alone as I expected, but I am only one case. I will keep my trust in Superior Labs until I see something that is unnecessary filled in and dangerous additive. So far I like them.

Best Sleep I have gotten in Years!!!
I have been taking these one per night for several weeks. I can tell you this is the absolute best sleep I have gotten since 1990. I was on shift work for many years and have been retired for 7 years now. I think shift work messed my sleep up especially with the job being so stressful at times. I cannot say enough how much good this Tryptophan has done for me.
