We use Castor Oil daily . Some of the uses are for : moisturizing our face , our hair and for joint pain . This was my 1st time buying this brand but I love the quality of this brand and the price was reasonable. The color of the the Castor Oil was the right color and it's not mixed with other oils in the container ,just pure Castor Oil . This container should last me up to 4 months before purchasing again .

Mary Taylor products are excellent, and reasonably priced! So, I had high expectations and Mary Taylor's Organic Castor Oil delivered. Castor oil is essential for deep skin moisturization, protection and repair. I add it to my face cream and body cream. It takes skin care to the next level, especially when you're in a dry climate, close to the sun (high elevation), and/or windy area.

Worked great to help clear gallstones and will be using for my liver to detox next. Love the product!

I’m an 83 year old grandma and I have plenty of wrinkles. I have been reading about castor oil and decided to give it a try. I do not know how it’s going to work. I’ve only been using it for a couple of days now, but I do know after a shower, and I rub it on my face and body. It feels very refreshing. I have given it a four star because The only problem I have is that it wasn’t in a glass bottle so I have transferred it into a dark brown glass bottle. This is because I have read since I bought it that it should be in glass and according to what I’ve read, it was transported in plastic in the beginning so I just decided for my storage I would put it in a dark brown glass bottle I am very happy with the product and and the price for 16 ounce bottle of USDA castor oil and how it feels after I have put it on ….. now all I have to do is wait and see if the wrinkles go away but if they don’t, that’s a God‘s plan…

This oil is by every meaning of the word T H I C K, even my dropper has a hard time pulling it. I've used other castor oils before, as well as many many other herb/plant oils from jojoba to argan and others, this thing is probably the thickest liquid I've ever applied on my skin. It will never dry nor get fully absorbed unless you wash it off. This has the advantage of continuously moisturizing your skin ALL DAY LONG, unless you decide it wash it off. Also, it smells pretty nice, almost like a woody, hazelnutty smell, not sure how to describe it but it smells nice to me. Can definitely tell it's of high quality. The only thing it's missing is that it's not food grade, because I'm also looking for edible castor oil.

This is a great brand. If you haven’t used castor oil, you need to no it’s more than just back in the day when grandma gave you a spoonful when you couldn’t poop. 😂 it’s a miracle for skin and hair. All castor oil is greasy, but this one isn’t too thick or greasy. Silly texture and great value. A bottle lasts months and I use it on skin daily and hair once/week. It’s cleared up some eczema I had and my skin is soft. My face looks radiant even if I do say so myself and it’s so smooth and young looking. My hair looks and feels thicker, healthier, and shinier. As I age my hair gets even thinner, but this does the trick.

This product is awesome. I just got a damaged bottle. It leaked a lot in transit. I love the way it made my skin feel. It's just sad I didn't get all of it.

I am not sure why, but my nails became weak, brittle and started peeling around November of 2019. Having had strong nails in the past, I was not sure why this was happening. I have never had gel, powder or acrylic manicures, only regular manicures. I did however use gel-like nail polishes, ones that do not need UV lamps, and thought maybe they were the culprits. To rectify this problem, I tried every nail hardener on the market but nothing seemed to help. My nails would continue to peel, break and appeared really dry. So I decided to give castor oil a shot. I removed my nail polish and proceeded to apply castor oil to my bare nails and cuticles, multiple times a day. I was fearful that not having any polish on my nails would make them peel and break even more easily, but really wanted the castor oil to penetrate my nails directly. I poured the castor oil in a small shot glass and placed an unused eye shadow brush in the oil and kept reapplying throughout the day. I would let the oil sit on my nails for a minute or so, then I would massage the oil onto my nails and cuticles several times a day. To my surprise, my nails started getting stronger, stopped peeling and started to grow longer. The attached images show what my nails look like now, after almost 9 months of continued castor oil treatment. I have started to get regular manicures again, and I continue to apply castor oil on my nails (with or without polish) and cuticles. The castor oil nourishes my nails, starting at the cuticle where nails grow, and makes them grow strong and healthy. This is now part of my beauty routine and I am loving the results.
