As good as it gets. The colors pop, the curve adds to the experience.
I am kind of a TV junkie and when given the option of a new TV, I do my research. I have a Panasonic Plasma 60, a 79 inch LG 4K, a Sony 65 LCD and use them in different parts of the house. When it was time to change the TV in the family room, the 65 was the size to go with. I had never had a Samsung, but read multiple reviews and wanted to check out the curved TV. I have read horror stories about Samsung service. My experience with LG was great. So, it was with some trepidation that I went with the Samsung.I have no experience with the Samsung customer service, and I cannot comment on it.The TV is great. On delivery, one of the men asked why people get the curved TV, and my comment was, because it's different. Now that I own one, and used it, I would say the viewing experience is enhanced. When we have three or four people watching, they all state that the image appears more immersive. It may be the quality of the picture, or the signal quality, but it is by far the best image I have on any of my TVs.I run the TV off of an Ethernet line, watch TWC, Amazon and Netflix, through ROKU.The TV has multiple options and will directly decode the Netflix 4k options.Sound is hooked up to the Samsung HW-J7500 Curved 8.1 Channel 320 Watt Wireless Audio Soundbar (2015 Model)No issues with the hook up.I have a simple coax cable to the input and it decodes almost all of the free TWC cable channels without a problem. So, awesome picture, love the curve, easy setup.I still like the LG79 for size and it has a full 7:1 surround amplified sound system. And, that picture is great. But for color pop, ease, clarity and the curve, I love this one.

Samsung UN65JU6700 Curved 4K UHD
Had been reading lots of reviews on this TV and the so called pro's really had me kinda worried. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this TV during the black Friday sale and am happy I did! This mid range TV really performs well even though it is only a 60hz refresh rate (Samsung claims 120 with auto motion plus so don't be confused by this) it does have a bit of judder but it does not take away from the viewing pleasure. the apps are decent and carries all the common ones, and the 4k looks beautiful! Watched The Ridiculous 6 on Netflix and it looked awesome! The up scaling from 720-1080 does look very nice also, no problems with wireless connectivity and am also happy to report football looks outstanding with very little if any motion blur at all! the remote takes a little getting used to but preforms very well also. And the curve..... The curve is also very nice, not only does it look nice when the TV is off but when its on I do feel it gives a very nice depth and view. There is truly not a bad seat in the house watching this television even if off center the picture is truly beautiful! the colors do not fade and the picture clarity is outstanding! I believe most of the public that claims they do not care for the curve truly have not had much experience with it! The curve works and does as Samsung claims! Bottom line is if you are thinking about this TV its been my experience that you cant go wrong with it, and also xbox1 games seem to work and look very well with it! Nice job Samsung. One more thing, I didn't adjust the picture settings at all,the way it came outta the box was almost perfect the way it was!

Great TV - Awful Remote
I just got mine today and it's the 55 inch model... right off I can say there is one thing for sure I don't like and that is the remote... it makes no sense to design a remote like this.. the old models have A, B, C, D and other buttons that perform the action right away... with this remote, I have to go to the menu and then move around to find the equivalent function.. makes no sense. The picture looks great.. it took a while to find some UHD stuff to watch and it looks very good... I use Vudu a lot and found that Vudu does not support UHD with this TV yet : ( ... Vudu works with Roku 4 though and I ordered one.. from Amazon of course.. There are a lot of apps but I noticed some are missing that were my old Samsung this TV replaced like FX Now...Right after I wrote the review, I decided to try my old Samsung remote with this TV.. the old remote has all the buttons and guess what... it not only works but it works better and faster than the remote that comes with this TV... that's what I'll use..I have Charter cable and I can't say HD looks any better than my old Samsung HD TV but that 4K UHD is another thing... wow.. lookin good...The curved screen... I sit about 12 feet from my TV and the picture don't seem much different than my old flat screen but it sure looks good and different...Sound... it seems to be better than my old Samsung... seems clearer... maybe better speakers.Network speed... Samsung recommends wireless N... I have a Netgear router with wireless N and AC... I tried wireless N in Ultraflix where there is a lot of free UHD video and the wireless N can't keep up with my router and pauses a lot.. I switched it to the AC side and the UHD video is steady as live TV... so I recommend wireless AC for UHD viewing...UHD movies... I really wonder about this... I watched some of the free UHD video and it is a lot clearer and better but I don't see much difference at all in UHD movies... I have two UHD movies in Vudu and both are new movies.. I watched them with the Roku 4 and I'm disappointed in the way they look... nothing like the free UHD video in some apps... it's still new so maybe it will get better like HD did.
