At first, I was hesitant to order these placemats because of several bad reviews. Never-the-less, I did and I am glad. One thing I have to say, if you are expecting red do not order these. If you want a nice wine color, maroon, then these are for you. They are as pictured and go well with our table and room.They arrived with minimal creasing and the stitching was fine. One of the complaints in some reviews. They could use a little more padding, but otherwise they are fine. They may slide around a little, our old ones did too, but this is to be expected. If you want them to stay in place get silicon. As for cleaning, most reviews said they are easy to wash and care for. We have not had a spill yet.I think I have addressed all the concerns in the other reviews. I would recommend these placemats. They are a fine product for you money.

I'm not one to review, even when I'm unhappy. I was in a pinch to find placemats for Thanksgiving and ordered these. If I wasn't stuck with them because they've been used; I'd happily return them. The size and shape are exactly what I wanted, but the material (outer fabric and very loose/low density batting) is so cheap I'm close to ripping them apart for making a pattern to sew my own.

The ad colors were very true for my "red" placemats. I would not call them red, but burgundy. They are quilted and made of very smooth fabric, which makes them washable but also very "slippery". They tend to move verily easily on the table so I am going to have to address that "problem". Drawer/cabinet cushion rubber under each may be the solution. I have not washed them yet so I cannot comment on their colorfastness or shape retention.Would I buy them again? Absolutely.

Easy to wash and love the size of these mats

I really, really, really wanted to like these placemats. The shape is exactly what you need for a round table. The fabric is wonderful in that no matter what you get on them it washes right off. The problem is they are so poorly made! When they arrived and I took them out of the package I could already see that the stitching was likely going to be a problem. I used them and the very first day of course food got spilled on them, so it was not possible to return them.I then decided to throw them in the washer and see how they did. They cleaned up very well- no food or stains of any kind left however, all the stitching is coming out. I'm very disappointed because I really wanted to like these. The color I ordered which was the beige is really a very ugly shade of beige, so try a different color if you buy them. Now that I'm stuck with them, I really wish I had ordered a different color. Save your money and spend your time looking for ones that are better quality,

We ordered for a 4 seat table. Fit perfectly and looks amazing. Made well.

These are of excellent quality and wash and dry well.

I made no mistake when I ordered those

Love this round placemat set. We have a small round table approx 42 inches in diameter and can comfortably fit 4 placements and the round piece in the center. Looks lovely in our sunroom, and these placemats can be easily put in the washer and dryer for cleaning. Very happy with my purchase.

Have been looking for these for a number of years and was concerned with how they were made. To my surprise they are excellent quality and fit marvellously on output table. Very professionally made and superior quality. We are the envy of our friends and neighbors.
