Great value: simple to assemble, portable in a daypack, lightweight yet very sturdy
So simple to assemble, lightweight (your full water bottle weighs more), portable in a daypack and includes a storage bag. I tried these out on a 13 km hike with 250+m elevation gain. No problems at all even during the rain that fell for the return. I'm 5' 7" and I bought the smaller size; it helps to be able to reduce the length of these for steeper ascents. Thoughtful design and very sturdy

Stable and sturdy poles that work great
Great poles, very stable, easy to use. Nice cork grips. Compact when broken down. Adjust quickly to needed height. Highly recommend. Hiked in White Mountains in NH and on trails in Adirondacks with these and they held up great. This is my first set of poles. Be sure to watch some videos on the proper way to use poles as it will make your experience much better (how to use straps/how to set height...etc)

Great Poles. Tips Are Too Soft.
I'm satisfied with the poles. They work well, are sturdy, collape easily. The 4 star instead of 5 is because the tips wear out very quickly. One month of daily 1 mile walks and the tips were shot. The product information does not indicate size of replacement tip nor link to replacement tip.Or even better, they could offer/include a harder more durable tip.I understand the soft tip grips better and is less prone to slip. But that's only true until it wears thru and the metal end protrudes and is incredibly slip prone. This problem is not unique to these poles.

Take a hike with these poles.....
The TREKOLOGY Trek-Z hiking poles have completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I took them out of the package, I could tell they were built with real attention to detail. I love the collapsible, tri-fold design—it makes packing a breeze, whether I’m heading out on a backpacking trip or just throwing them in my carry-on for a hiking getaway. What really impressed me is how lightweight yet strong they are. I’ve used them on steep, rocky trails, and they’ve given me incredible support and stability. The height adjustment is smooth and secure, which makes it easy to adapt to different terrain—or let someone else use them. When adjusting the height, they lock in place. The ergonomic cork handles are a standout feature for me. They mold perfectly to my hands and do a great job wicking away sweat, which keeps things comfortable on long hikes. The padded wrist straps reduce strain and keep the poles in place without rubbing.I also really appreciate the variety of tips that come with the poles. Whether I’m dealing with mud, snow, or rocky ground, I’ve got the right attachment to stay confident and steady. It makes these poles super versatile no matter the season or trail conditions.I couldn’t be happier with the Trek-Z poles. They offer a great balance of quality, comfort, and value. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced hiker, I’d definitely recommend them for your next adventure.

Good quality for occassional hiker
These are my first trekking poles. I have used them on two medium length, easy difficulty, day hikes. They work well. They are easy to unfold, adjust, and don't slip or collapse when you put a lot of weight on them. They fold up quickly and don't take up much room. They seem light and easy to use. (When I am using them, I am not thinking about their weight.)I'm now 70 years old and have friends who have fallen and been injured in ways that make life miserable for them. I feel like I am still in pretty good health, but these definitely do help prevent sliding and slipping on slopes or when going downhill on a wet trail. So I feel more secure when I am using them.I bought these based on reviews that suggest that they are good "middle range" choice. The quality is better than the cheapest poles and good enough for an occasional hiker like me. I didn't want to buy $200 poles since I won't be doing the Appalachian trail next year.I feel I got a quality product at a moderate price. I'm happy.

Perfect recommendation
Really nice sturdy light weight walking poles. Easily adjust to height needed. Open and close quickly. Came with bag but don’t use the bag. Different feet for different surfaces. Handles are comfortable. People call these hiking poles but using by recommended by Dr and PT. Graduated from walker and cane is one sided. Walking poles help with balance and posture. Can walk in uneven terrain like grass.

Great addition to my hiking gear!
Love these trekking poles. The changeable tips are great for the various terrain I've enjoyed hiking g through. Grips are comfortable even after 6-10 miles. They collapse to fit in the sides of my daypack but have never slipped and collapsed while hiking. Great poles for a great value.

Good poles, HORRIFIC documentation
Poles are of good quality, very sturdy, light weight, break down well. Worth the money for sure. The documentation is beyond horrific, a complete joke. Watch a youtube video on how to assemble...
