I have been looking for a quality liquid soap dispenser for quite some time now. I was frustrated with purchasing the soap in small plastic bottles which would often slip and fall over while pumping, not to mention the cost of buying numerous bottles. I shopped for other acrylic pump dispensers and the spouts were very narrow and wouldn't dispense the amount of soap I would like. This simplehuman 15 ounce square push pump dispenser is sturdy, constructed very well, has a smart design and holds 15 ounces of liquid soap. I originally bought one to use in my kitchen for my dish soap. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I then purchased 3 more of them to fill with liquid hand soap in my kitchen and bathrooms. I now save a lot of money by purchasing large refill container sizes from Costco, Sams Club, Walmart, Target, Smart N' Final, Bed Bath & Beyond and Restaurant Depot. I'm sure there are other big box stores who sell these types of items in bulk at good prices. If you prefer to shop from home I would recommend Amazon.com. Most items ship for free with orders placed over $25.00. Better yet, join Amazon Prime and get FREE shipping ($25..00 limit waived) with a 2 day delivery. This method works great for me! The refill size is so much more affordable. Stock up on a good sale and store them out of the way in your garage. I also buy SoftSoap brand Liquid Body Soap (Pomegranate Mango) because it smells so nice and the color looks beautiful in the dispenser.I figured that if I use Body Soap on my hands in the shower I could use it at the sink as well. It works great for me but others my prefer to purchase an anti-bacterial variety if they are concerned of germs. I highly recommend this product and would purchase more in the future.

This is the best soap dispenser ever created! I've had it for over two years now and am only writing this review because I was shopping for refill soap and saw this suggested as an additional item, and I decided to share my experience as a longtime owner and user.For starters, it's so easy to operate one-handed, which makes a huge difference for me. No more having to hold the bottle or dispense with one hand and pumping with the other. It's also easy to get a little or a lot, simply depress the lever slightly for less soap, and give it a bigger press for more. Way more sensitive than any other dispenser.Also, it never ever clogs, unlike every dispenser I've over had, including two others I bought for other rooms in the house. I should replace them all with this one! I've never had to deal with gross crusty soap shooting into my hand. Thank goodness!The design is also great in other ways. The opening to add more soap is really wide, so no more awkward soap transfers with drips and waste everywhere. And the base is clear, so now I never have to guess on whether we're running out or not.And finally, it simply looks cool. It fits perfectly with my modern bathroom, and looks like a way more expensive item than it is.A bargain at twice the price!

We're already big fans of SimpleHuman for their trashcans, so I had a feeling the soap dispensers would be fantastic as well, and I haven't been disappointed. (Seriously, if you have hound children in your house, you need a SimpleHuman trashcan, it saved my sanity when my daughter was just getting into things) Anyway, we needed a soap dispenser that was easy enough to use for our very independent three year old. The decorative soap dispensers we had just weren't cutting it, they were too tough for her little fingers to push down to get some soap (which led to lots of frustration) After a meltdown or two regarding hand washing I went to Amazon in search of the perfect soap dispenser and happened upon this one. I didn't hesitate to purchase it because I already know and trust the SimpleHuman brand. I love the large opening for filling the soap! It opens in one click, and I don't spill soap trying to squeeze it into a tiny threaded hole from a giant jug. The soap dispenses very smoothly, albeit a bit more than the other brands if you do a full pump, but it's so easy to get the perfect amount. The design looks slick, simple and tasteful. After the first use my husband asked what else SimpleHuman makes, because he wants the full line up! Their products seriously make life simpler and less of a headache.

This is an excellent soap dispenser. It is NOT A FOAMING soap dispenser, even though it comes up third in the list when searching for a "foaming soap dispenser."I had previously tried re-using a Lysol Foaming Soap Dispenser and the nozzle started jamming and not rising again for another pump. So, I wanted a quality foaming soap dispenser and of course, when the Simple Human model showed up on the list, I ordered it. When it didn't foam, I was sure I was mixing the soap wrong. I was diluting Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap with water. It took a lot of unnecessary research before my poor brain said "D'oh!" and realized that I had in fact bought a regular soap dispenser.That said, I'm sticking with the Simple Human dispenser for several reasons. It looks nice, holds a lot, the diluted soap goes a long way, the pump is long so I'm not hitting the bottle when I reach for soap, the bottle is stable while depressing the pump and does not tip over, the pump depresses effortlessly, and the amount dispensed is just right for washing (unless you're a surgeon). The diluted soap comes out like water, so I keep it over the edge of the basin and cup my fingers to avoid spillage.For pet owners, I'll not that I started out with Dr. Bronner's Tea Tree Oil Castile Soap, since Tea Tree Oil is naturally anti-bacterial and I like the smell. However, I since found that this and most other essential oils are toxic for pets, so I switched to the Unscented Baby Mild formula. Also, I've read that soaps with essential oils will eventually clog a soap dispenser.

I like my soap to sit on the sink edge and every pump I bought up to now had rocked in place and even ended up in the sink. I was tired of it. For years now I have used SimpleHuman's first kitchen pump and it still works great and looks good after all these years so I decided to go with the SimpleHuman pump and I am just as impressed as I have always been with their products.The pump is easy to use, for a little or a lot of soap, and it looks good. It doesn't rock one tiny bit either. I love it!One note: the tag is on the inside of the pump and a ribbon attached to it sticks out from under the top of the pump. It makes it hard to open the pump the first time because the ribbon jams the pump closed. You will need someone with hand strength to open it the first time. After the ribbon and tag are out it is easy to open and close. Turn the pump in the direction of the arrow, it doesn't turn much - you'll hear a 'click' and it will open.

Quite big and sturdy so don't buy if you want a small pot. Really hard to open the first time- you have to twist really hard. After the first time it is no problem though and you can twist open easily for refills. Once the soap is in, the bottle looks really good. Pump action is easy to use and can be done without effort so you dont need to handle it at all. It dispenses the exact right amount of soap. Easy to clean. Bought if for the style but very practical apart from effort opening it that first go. Really pleased with it.

Moderne Optik jedenfalls.Auch unbefüllt relativ schwer, so daß einer einhändigen Bedienung nichts im Wege steht bzw. das Teil nicht gleich umkippt.Die Kosten iHv fast 20 EUR relativieren sich meines Erachtens bei 5 Jahre Garantie auf den Pumpmechanismus.Großzügige Befüllung von knapp 450 ml möglich.Das Material leider Plastik + Chrom statt Glas + Edelstahl.Dafür entschädigt die schwere, wertige Pumpe, die schon bei geringem Druck, eine nicht näher bezeichnete Menge an Flüssigseife herausgibt.Für mich das Wichtigste: Es spendet TROPFFREI eine Menge zwischen minimal bis etwa kirschgroß.So werden in einer Familie sowohl "Viel-Händewascher" mit Kleinstmengen als auch "Wenig-Händewascher" mit größeren Mengen bedient.Mein Fazit:Den Preis finde ich alles in allem gerechtfertigt.Wer einen batterie- und tropffreien, modernen und trotzdem gut dosierbaren Seifenspender sucht und die anfänglich höheren Kosten nicht scheut, darf sich jetzt freuen.
