This is a beautifully made chain. At 2.2mm, it is hefty and heavy. As the description says, good worn alone or with a pendant. Customer service is great, too, as I've contacted them with questions and they have quickly replied. I'm hoping this chain will last, but if there's a problem, they have a great return policy from what I've read. I bought and returned several real 14k gold chains because they are too light and flimsy. If the real gold chains are too light (and too expensive) for you....this is the way to go. I'm proud to wear this chain!

I am so pleased with this chain! I got the 20" to replace a shorter, inferior chain that came with a cross pendant I purchased. It looks way more expensive than what it was and I certainly like that! The chain and lobster claw clasp (my favorite type) are both very sturdy, not chintzy at all. Also, the fact that I can support a small business AND they give a lifetime warranty are definite pluses. If you're on the fence about the product sold by this company, don't be! I highly recommend them and I will be purchasing from them again.

I wanted a nice chain to wear a kind of heavy pendant on and leave on for extended periods of time. Especially on trips, during showers, swimming, etc. Of course I didn't want it to turn funky colors or break! I've worn it for a couple weeks at a time, nonstop since I received it in August -- no problems! Love it! And it didn't break the bank ;0)

To start I think lifetime jewelary is a great company so I was surprised that this necklace was so small. It's not what I expected. Will have to order a different one from them.Maybe a 3 or 4mm one. Like I said they are a great company! I don't want anyone to make a mistake I will be ordering from Lifetime Jewelary very soon. I already have 3 necklaces of theirs one that I got in 2015 for my b-day. That the one that I plan to replace because I lost my order number. It broke that's why I plan to get it again! Awesome product!! I was gonna post pictures of mine but I lost it a few days ago. I’ve had 8 thousand dollar cuban links. 4 thousand dollar 24k gold necklaces from Dubai. Just gold in general but I realized it was the look that I liked. I wouldn’t wear fake jewelry “only” because it tarnished eventually. So I started small with Lifetime Jewelry and they didn’t disappoint. Had the necklace since September lost it November but it still looked amazing. I’ll post pics when I get another!!

I recently had an issue with my clasp on this product breaking off after continuous wear for months (even in the shower) as I tend to leave on jewelry at night and such. The item did not tarnish, nor irritate my neck as lower quality plated products do. The company, assisted me right away sending out my replacement immediately. Jon is awesome and assisted me in handling my previous replacement as well. A family company. great customer service, great products at great prices.

Something I really needed was a long chain to replace one that I broke, but the end that threads through the pendant's hanger had to be small enough to fit through, and this one is perfect! Pretty gold color, too. And you cannot beat the price! I will buy from this brand again!
