Faulty Item
Having received the product, and having it professionally fitted, the parking module has malfunctioned/broken after only a week.I would like to explore a replacement or refund on this item as it was expensive.

Had to send it back as motor didn't work!!

is not like original part, poor quality
The parking module has broken after 3 weeks. Wires connect points is glued ( not like original part ) and made from cheap plastic.

It worked but can't separated like the origonal
It worked but the wores that connect to the calipers and boot release can not be disconnected. And the cpu area is glued shut so you have to replace the whole thing. Which I didn't want to do but had to in the end. Was on the car for a couple of months and working flawlessly. And I traded the car in with it on

Faulty product and terrible customer service!
Part has gone faulty within 6 months, contacted customer service and been informed it’s “improper use” so only assuming you aren’t supposed to apply the handbrake 🤷‍♀️ will not be using again! Do not recommend!
