The correct bitters for Pisco Sours!
Now I can make an authentic Peruvian pisco sour cocktail.

Good bitters, derpy dasher
Contra another reviewer, my bottle of bitters did come with a dasher top ... without a hole in it. I had engage in some difficulty to remove it, and then make a hole in it with my power drill, followed by using a cuticle trimmer to remove fraying plastic. It's not an aesthetically pleasing dash, but unlike some videos I saw with this bottle of bitters (indeed, some video reviews clearly enough show that these can come with a dasher), it doesn't make a mess on my bar area or anything. Just don't expect to get those fancy dots of bitters you sometimes see on pisco sours. I also tried using a separable cork dasher on the bottle, but the bottle opening was too small.

Fun bitters
I’ve only tried these with the recommended Pisco liquor. It is an excellent flavor boost.

Great taste but packaging could be improved
Great bitters with a unique tropical flavor and great banana notes. In my opinion it’s essential to making an authentic pisco sour. Only caveat to the packaging is that these bitters do NOT have any kind of built in dasher like angostura or other popular brands which can cause people to pour in to much by accident and waste their product. Taste wise it’s definitely unique in an already solid bitter market!

Broken cap
When opening the box I grabbed the bottle which appeared damp. Looked at the cap to see it was chipped. The content leaked out.

Wonderful authentic taste
These bitters really complement a Pisco Sour cocktail. Much better fit than Angostura bitters.

Great for the recipe for a Pisco Manhattan that called for it

It makes a great difference.
The crowning dew for the pisco sour cocktail. Very good product. You must have this to make the cocktail or it won’t be the same.
