Super inexpensive, easy to cut and mold, durable
Don't pay the dentist an exorbitant amount of money for custom hard night guards. Get a bunch of these soft guards for pennies instead. I prefer the soft guards over the hard one's the dentist makes. I clench and grind excessively in my sleep and have chewed right through the super expensive dentist guards in less than a month. These soft guards seem more resilient and I find that they are more comfortable since the soft material evenly distributes the force over all of your teeth, unlike a hard guard which concentrates it on only your highest teeth. I would get tooth and jaw pain with the hard night guards, but have never with these. I would recommend cutting the excess material off the top of the guard before fitting it so there are no sharp edges after moulding. You can also just leave the extra material on, but it goes up pretty high and can be uncomfortable inside your lips. There are detailed instructions included, but I just heated a mug of water in the microwave until it boiled, dropped in the guard until it turned completely transparent, let it cool for 10 seconds and then centered it on my front teeth and molars before lightly biting down and sucking in my lips for a few minutes until it cooled. These are made from only one material, unlike some others I have tried, so there is nothing to separate or tear apart over time. I have been using my first one for over 2 months now without any major signs of wear. It has also not discolored at all. I clean it daily using unscented liquid hand soap and an old toothbrush. I will update this review if there are any issues.

Mixed opinion
Mixed feelings about this product. I melted one in the microwave, and the fit isn't as good as the over the counter ones I've purchased. But, the price is right, and no BPA. I chew through these quickly so likely will purchase again.

Great mouthguard
I got these because the first Dentek I used didn't mold right and I was waiting on a replacement from Dentek. These were easy for me to use and arrived very quickly. I like that so many came in the box and in different sizes. I didn't have to trim the one I chose, but that could have been luck. I grind my teeth at night, but I don't have the problem of migraines with it, I was just wearing down fillings and couldn't afford the $300 professional one from my dentist. Make sure you follow the directions and I would wait a few seconds and pour your water in a separate bowl for easy use. I used a fork to lift mine out of my bowl and waited about 15 seconds with it in the water. Make sure you watch carefully to not miss it curl because if it curls, you have to start over. I slipped it into my mouth and bit down a little while using suction and pressing on my teeth through my cheeks. I wanted to make sure my bottom teeth impression was on the mold so that I could sit it comfortably in my mouth and not crack it (paranoia) from grinding. This probably took me about 2 minutes altogether and then I popped it out of my mouth and rinsed it in cold water to set. So far, I've been sleeping great with no issues with this mouth guard. I really like it compared to the expensive ones at pharmacy stores that only give you one.

First Impressions
I just barely received this today. It didn't take long to read the instructions and get it molded. I tried a "dry" fit first to see how it felt prior to molding to my teeth. It was comfortable but felt big, of course, from not being molded. It extended all the way to the back of my mouth just barely past my back molar, which is what I wanted. I've been having pain in my molar all the way in the back on my jaw, and I believe it's from clenching/grinding while I sleep. After I molded it it doesn't cover the back molar entirely, due to the approx. 20% shrinkage explained in the instructions. It covers about 1/4 of that molar. I'm hoping that will be enough to offer protection from clenching. I wish after it shrunk it covered all my teeth all the way back. I only give it 3 stars right now because I haven't slept with it in yet, and I'm not sure it will resolve my problem. In addition to that I'm concerned about it not offering full coverage of my teeth. The instructions were pretty easy to follow. As you read it you get the impression with all the steps and tips that you have some time to do each step, but you really don't. Once the water is boiling, and you remove the pot from the burner, drop the guard in and count to 18 or wait until the walls start to curl then remove it with a large ice cold metal spoon. From that point the process takes about 30 seconds to finish. I tilted the spoon slightly to get the hot water out and carefully put the guard in my mouth. I created a vacuum in my mouth, as the instructions indicated, bit gently, but hard enough to create a tooth indent and pushed the walls on the inside up against the top of my mouth with my tongue. The I pushed my lips and cheeks against the guard to create impressions on the outside. I then dipped it in cold water (not really indicated in the instructions unless remolding) to solidify it. It has a nice tight fit. It still feels a bit bulky around the front of my teeth. It would be noticeable to people that I have a mouth guard in, but that's okay, I'm wearing it to bed, not to work. Update: I wore this to bed last night. For the first couple of minutes it was comfortable but after that it became annoyingly uncomfortable. It just felt too thick and annoyed my mouth. I had a hard time falling asleep with it, but I eventually did. I think it did help with my tooth pain. I didn't wake up in the middle of the night with a throbbing tooth ache, I actually woke up because my mouth was annoyed with having this guard in it. If I remember correctly the instruction booklet that comes with this has some tips to help adjust for that. I will try them out and see how it goes. All this being said I'd rather have this annoyance than the throbbing tooth. But it would be nice for it to feel comfortable all night long. I'll update again if I'm able to re-mold or adjust it to be comfortable all night long.

Title says 4, description says 6 mouth guards. Got 5. 😜🤣 Arrived in black foil/plastic ziplock pouch, not a box. Came with 1 blue plastic guard holder. No instructions in package. Yet to boil / mold into shape so here’s hoping they work. 🤞🏻

Muy grandes para bocas chiquitas, cuesta trabajo que queden bien ajustadas

The product is as described but there are 6 not 4 inside. Thank you. Molding was fairly easy.

Kind of difficult to fit to your teeth properly, if your teeth are not straight the mouthguard probably won’t stay in. But affordable and super handy if you can’t afford to buy a full on mouthguard from the dentist.
