It's 5 stars for its picture value and price . It is not a Smart TV (nor is it sold as one), you do though get a great picture and a perfect size TV for a small room or countertop use. It has a build in digital tuner and we use it as an over the air (high resolution) digital TV in the kitchen. It has just one source input, HDMI, (other than the antenna input), that we use with our Amason Fire Stick to expand our viewing beyond over the air. It of course can also be used as a monitor for a computer with HDMI out (or for surveillance camera use) or, to connect to a DVD player or game console with HDMI outs.The only disappointment I have with the set is the so so audio and lack of audio output jacks. How much more would at have added to the cost to have added a headphone jack? But still, not that bad for the price. The two speakers are on the bottom between the stands and point down approximately 1 & 1/2 inches (4 cm) to the table top surface. On the hard countertop it sounds pretty good, but depending on the room and surrounding surfaces this might not be the case (e.g. bedroom or on a wall), again, there are no audio output or headphone jacks. You do though have a choice of several sound settings, and you can also adjust treble and bass and come up with fairly satisfactory audio. A sound bar that has pass through HDMI sould work, or using the audio outs on a DVD player or gaming console would also be an option, but if just using the TV speakers, a hard surface would be best. I'm thinking of maybe putting a long hard strip of something on the bottom to help direct the sound forward. But as stated, it sounds fine for our use on a kitchen counter, and it's a great TV for the price.

Very well designed, excellent image for tv, workable for computer. I use it as a “4th” computer monitor just for a place to put “all” the insufferable Zoom windows (why not ONE???) so the other 3 displays are available for audience view in one, other 2 for organizing what I will need in the meeting. This display has an excellent TV tuner and makes it quick and easy to switch to cable tv when I want to keep an eye on the news etc. Also bought a single pole mount and have it nicely mounted. Very happy with the product, especially at its very attractive price.

Old Kitchen TV died and don't use it other than with coffee so didn't need anything spectacular. Needed a TV as is to be used with Dish TV. The TV came well packaged, EASY to put together, The Dish Remote paired up with the TV really easily and we were OFF! The picture quality is very good and there are no problems. I would have liked the volume to go higher (louder) but it's definitely OK - just would like to be able to get it louder than it goes (it's a kitchen, we don't sit quietly). But really, it was a great buy for the $ and we're happy with it.

I was looking specifically for a TV with a white exterior to go on a white desk in a white office. A white exterior was important to me since I'm using it as a computer screen, and the back can be seen when entering my office.The back is matte white.The sides are shiny white.The feet are matte white.The front bezel is light grey.This TV is perfect as my computer screen. On the back, it has one USB port and one HDMI port. I connect my laptop to it daily with a 3ft HDMI cable. If I need more white computer screens, I will definitely buy this LG TV.

Bought this 24" TV for my new house while I work on it. Limited inputs but enough for a Roku and OTA antennae so I have all I need for basic viewing. Great picture quality. Speakers are puny but adequate if there is not much background noise. A box fan on high overwhelms the speakers. Got it on sale for $87 so it was the cheapest TV I could find. Great basic TV, however, so no regrets at the price I paid.Been using this for over a year and it is a great TV, except for the puny speakers. Getting ready to add an HDMI splitter so that I can add a DVD player in addition to the Roku. Now using this in my bedroom.

I live in a suburb about 15 miles north of Chicago. 20 years ago, the bungalow next store was torn down and replaced with a McMansion with a lot of steel beams to support its slate roof. The main station we are interested in receiving is WTTW (a public television network) with its four subchannels. We never purchased cable because we aren't interested in sports events, and they only offer the prime channel of WTTW--not the two subchannels which we also frequently watch. We've spent a lot of time and money on over-the-air antennas over the last 20 years. Recently, the system we were using in our kitchen--which is 16 feet from the McMansion--began requiring frequent re-programming to pick up the WTTW channels. We had hoped that buying this new TV would make thinks easier. However, it's set-up was unable to pick up the WTTW channel. Unlike our prior TV, there is no easy way to go into setup and adjust the settings by rotating our antennae until the signal is recognized by the TV.The TV does receive ABC, CBS, Fox and a lot of Spanish and old-movie stations. When the TV can recognize the signals, picture and sound quality are acceptable. My gripe is that I don't like watching the stations it can receive, and can't figure out how to get it to receive signals from my preferred station.

It's very light. I hung it on the wall, had to cut the arm a little shorter so that it won't show the mount when it's fully extended. After scanning the channels, this TV has the easiest way to edit the channels. If you have another LG TV, the audios on both TV will synced, and the remotes that came with this TV matches the remote on my 75" LG.Only wish is that they make it a little smaller though, like at 19".It's not a SMART TV, but there is one HDMI input, you can use a FIRE TV or Roku.The white edge complement my kitchen.

This no frills TV has great sound and a wonderful picture quality. It’s a basic tv with a cable connection and one HDMI output. Perfect if you simply want a tv in your room or office. Beware when you purchase the recommended wall mount. The wall mount plate covered access to the cable and HDMI port so I had to cut one corner off to get access to the HDMI port to connect my Fire TV. Other than that, I have no complaints and I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

after trying a Visio and Insignia with poor results we are happy with the LG tv. We previously had a Sansung tv for many years in our bedroom and was disappointed that they no longer make small tvs. Bad on Sansung, good on LG! Life is Good!
