Q: Is this a good beginner harmonica to learn on?

This is a very good harmonica, maybe too good for a first harmonica. The Rocket and Rocket Amp are basically Hohner Special 20's, only improved slightly and mostly for a more experienced player. All of those 3 Hohner are easy to play, easy to bend (if you plan on playing the blues). In the beginning of your harmonica journey, you will likely be harder on your harp than you will as you improve. So I would suggest saving the $20 or so and buy a Special 20. If you like playing Hohner, you can always upgrade when you replace your original harp and as you add other keys to your collection.
