Worth the money. Great detox just have to get use to the taste. Also good for digestive health, constipation and many other health benefits.

Very nice product/powder. I'll recommend this product to anyone who needs Haritaki powder.

Although very bitter, I can say it does have health benefits, my joints are no longer so stiff in fact when I take some of this, I can drop it low with the best of them. I am on a path to regaining eating healthier, I take a half teaspoon and put some in warm almond milk, with half teaspoon turmeric, cinnamon and a dash of cayenne pepper . I also like how it cleans you out too. A young brother I did a divination for hipped me to this, while I'm not crazy about the taste, I am from a culture that some of the healthiest herbs, powders are not nice tasting. The benefits far outweigh the taste so I will deal.

It's a good product.

I drink this every night 1 tbsp to a large mug of water and a heaping tbsp of lical honey. The honey makes it easier to drink. It drys out your mouth, makes you pucker and taste very nasty. I may get used to the taste, but the benefits outweigh the nastiness. It has a woody pungent flavor. But I do feel the effects. People say it cleans them out, but I never had an issue in that area. Well worth the anguish 😧 of drinking it. I only had to cry twice because I had to drink it.

It helped with my respiratory issues and inflammation. I put this in my smoothies, mushroom coffee. It has a bit of a bite to it. I overall feel good taking it.

This product tastes awful, and I am very open to tasting anything as long as it is good for my health. However, I could not continue to drink this supplement. It tastes really bad.

So far i like it i been having more energy and i for to the bathroom every day without any pain.
