Easy to swallow
I take 1000mg of magnesium every night to help with leg cramps. These are the 1st that I have found that you can break in half for easier swallowing. These work great! A great bargain at this price.

Must have in your medicine cabinet
They definitely get things moving but you will not know when... for me about 36 hours later and never at a good time. And this is just with one. With 5-7, I thought I was going to lose my intestines (but I was trying to cleanse for a black tie event) ... I do NOT recommend doing that. When it comes to nervous system support, I did feel a definite difference the first time I took them (I took 2). I will buy again. Very good product to have on hand! For many reasons.

Mag Ox is the cheap magnesium form most likely found in most OTC multiple vitamins. It is not as readily absorbed as some other magnesium types, which gives it a laxative side effect same as Phillips Milk of Magnesia, a magnesium oxide suspension. I have mentioned this effect to several friends who take daily Mag Ox to supplement their dietary magnesium intake, only to wonder why they have loose stools. I take a nightly 500 mg Mag Ox tablet just for the side effect. I find this inexpensive Mag Ox formulation as good as any.

Helps Migraines
I’ve been taking these for a couple months now and they seem to help decrease the intensity of migraines. Great price, no issues with stomach.

Don't buy this product
This was my second purchase of these magnesium capsules. The first purchase was good. This second purchase was junk. The capsules are a mess. Broken, not the same color as this first and not the same size. I am throwing them away as I have no idea what they are made of. They may even be dangerous for all I know. the capsules on the right are from my first purchase and are the good ones.

This is good for normal regularity if you have trouble. I took one three times a day. Later I changed to two magnesium malate and one magnesium glycinate a day. The other magnesiums do different things and are more absorbable.
