Great, reliable tire pressure gauge for cars
I've been using one of these pressure gauges for my car for over 10 years and love it. It is quick to register tire pressure, has always been pretty accurate, and the battery lasts a really long time, through any temperature. I finally purchased a new one after giving my old one to my daughter. After 10+ years, the only thing that has really changed is the color scheme. It is still high quality and quick to register pressure. I highly recommend this!

Simple, Reliable & Easy To Use Gauge
My original Accutire MS-4021B worked well for a good 5+ years. Not sure if the batteries finally died or the electronics failed. Anyway, tried a number of cheepy (<$10) digital gauges. The readings varied wildly from tire to tire and brand to brand. Gave up and finally got a JACO Digital ElitePro. Works great. Soon after I spotted this Accutire gauge on Amazon for much less than the big box retailers and auto parts stores. Figured it can't hurt to have a couple of reliable tire pressure gauges in the glove box! The readings are consistent and almost the same (+- .5 lb.) as the ElitePro. The Accutire MS-4021B is a good value, reasonably accurate and easy to read gauge.

Accutire MS-4012B vs. MS-4350B Comparison and Thoughts
I bought both the Accutire model MS-4350B and the Accutire model MS-4021B and I put my thoughts for each below.MS-4021BThe MS-4021B has a nice looking, easy-to-read, red-LED digital display (not LCD as in the Product Description) and can measure tire pressure from 5 to 150 psi. The gauge is very straight forward and is easy to use. I find the grip of the gauge a bit awkward and it is the reason for the four-star rating. The statement in the Product Description “What's more, the included lithium battery will never need to be recharged or replaced.” is not accurate. The back of the package card indicates the gauge uses three replaceable LR44 batteries and provides instructions on how to replace them (and as one reviewer mentioned there is also a CR2032 battery under the LED display that is not supposed to be replaced by the consumer). That means once the CR2032 battery is depleted, the gauge is trash.MS-4350BThe MS-430B gauge has a blue-backlit LCD digital display and can measure tire pressure from 5 to 99 psi (less than the 150 psi the MS-4021B can measure). This gauge uses 2 replaceable CR2032 batteries. (I don’t know if there is one under the display like in the MS-4021B.)The grip design is very nice with a place for me to place my thumb and press the gauge into the tire valve stem. I would not measure the air pressure as depicted in one of the product pictures (where the man is holding the gauge underhanded, against the tire’s valve stem). I put my thumb on the three horizontal lines above the flashlight button (round button in the center). The gauge can be set to remember the recommended tire pressure but I don’t find that feature useful. I can remember the tire pressure for both front and back tires is supposed to be 33 psi and if I can’t it’s in the door jamb. The MS-4350B has these features the MS-4021B does not have:Ability to set recommended tire pressure for front and back tires.A beep sound when tire pressure has been read. One LED flashlightTire Pressure ReadingsWhen measuring the tire air pressure, I had no trouble with getting good seal with both gauges. The readings were very close, with only one-half pound difference. The MS-4350B read 33.5 psi and the MS-4021B read 33 psi. Both displays are easy to read, one is red LED and the other is backlit LCD. LED displays tend to be more power hungry than LCD displays.Final ThoughtsI’m not sure how significant a one-half pound difference is; I like both gauges. I can recommend both but I prefer the MS-4350B. The MS-4350B has the grip and feel I like and it uses replaceable CR2032 batteries. I like the idea of the one-LED flashlight but I’m not sure how useful that will be…but I still like that it’s there. Both are made in China.Just a comment about the packaging: The MS-4350B is packaged in a sealed plastic and I had to use a box cutter to open it effectively eliminating the possibility of using it to store the gauge and instruction pamphlet when not in use. I really don’t like this type of packaging.

Love this digital tire gauge!
I almost bought a different more expensive one because of the negative reviews but I am so glad I didn't. This is just a great tire gauge. I had a low tire pressure signal come up on my dash. I couldn't tell using the gas station gauge which was low. I know I had a tire that tends to leak and had my husband check it out. He complained our analog gauge that had the round needle display though better than the cheap ones shaped like a penlight, was still a pain to use. He said it was hard to use our old one when the tire valve was at a certain spot and he had to move the tire a bit to use it.So I bought this one - my first digital and I can't believe the difference in ease of use. (I also can't believe the price. I think I bought our analog gauge one from Sears for $25 back in the day.) This one automatically comes on when you use it. Display shows clearly and reads easily. It's quick. It doesn't leak air when you're trying to fit it in. Great size for the glove compartment. Battery is included. I haven't had trouble with getting a reading no matter what angle the tire valve ends up pointing.I used to always have my husband deal with our slowly leaking tire. Now do it myself because it's not a hassle. It's nice to be able to check the tires quickly and know which need pumping before even driving it to get air at the gas station.Specifications (according to the package):Range: 5-150 PSIOperating Temperature: 0-100 deg F (-18 to 33 deg C)Accuracy: +/- 1% + 0.5Power: Replaceable Lithium LR44 1.5VCoin Cell (3)
