This is a large chisel with a good sharp cutter, will be getting the others they offer.

I have a set of easywood chisels, and while I love them, they are expensive. These chisels are larger, and longer than my easywoods so they have better reach, and they are a fraction of the price. The replacement cutters are much cheaper as well. I have only been using them for a few days so i'm not sure if the carbide cutters will stay sharp as long, but so far they are amazing and since the cutters are less expensive it's no problem to just replace them. If you are looking for carbide turning chisels, get these. They have square stock so they are stable on the rest unlike most of the cheaper ones that use round stock, and a lovely touch is that the screws that hold in the inserts use a large enough bit that it doesn't strip out. My easywoods use a 1/16th allen key that stripped over time. even better the replacement bits each come with a new screw. This really is a great product at a great price.

I got this today it came in good shape well wrapped nice little package of course it's sharp but that's just in the design and you can change the blade around to use the sharp edges and change them instead of having to go through the grinding process and it's got a lot of weight to it which is helpful and seems to be very sturdy so I like it

The handle is a little on the thin and short side compared to the Easy Wood Tools one, but the cutter and torx screw holding it are great, and it costs about one fifth what the Easy costs. Very happy with this purchase!

I have other tools like this one. They work really great however the handles will come unglued from the tool shaft after a short time of using them. I mix up a little epoxy and back to work I go.

Excellent tool.I have made lots of pens using this tool and it works and holds up very well.

This thing is awesome. It is very sharp and cuts in very quickly so you have to be quite careful. I have used it a fair bit and it is still holding its edge. Very satisfied.
