Sambal Asli (Hot Chili Sauce) - 10.8oz (Pack of 1)

I was totally happy with the service provided by Jans Enterprises. They got my order correct, packed it extremely well in bubble wrap, and delivery by USPS actually came several days before the Amazon estimate. Indonesian Sambal Asli is my favorite condiment but hard to find in local Asian markets. I am more than willing to pay the higher price for packing and shipping if the service is this good.

Many sauces have I tried, from here to there and back again. This I deem the best. An exquisite taste, a generous presence of heat and a price that allows you to afford some milk to drink with it. Look at the picture. I gave it 11 stars, because this hot sauce goes to 11.

It's just okay for me, I tried it twice and didn't care for the sweetness.

I used to be a Sriracha man; a man of the rooster. And then a neighbor gave me a bottle of Sambal. I haven't finished a bottle of Sriracha since, but fly through several bottles of this a month. There is such a lovely flavor that goes well with most anything, and packs a satisfying yet not overpowering heat. The flavor isn't so strong that it masks the flavor of your food, but isn't flavorless by any means. If you are tired of the run-of-the-mill hot sauce with too much vinegar in it, this is your new best friend. I'm going to order a new bottle now.

love this hot sauce, usually. but these 2 bottles arrived with some sticky subtance all over the outside of the bottles. the chili sauce appears to be discolored. don't think it's a good idea to eat it. such a bummer.

Best sambal but outrageous price

Great with any meat and seafood.
