Nice and tasty. It comes with many health benefits but if you have sugar or diabetes then avoid it. One thing i didn't like is that they put much sugar syrup in it and less bamboo pieces.

Some pieces were rough difficult to swallow, yet useful product. Saw few reviews saying rotten or spoiled, well it is the smell of bamboo, you must eat it after putting it in bowl of water for 4-5 mins and then again wash it before eating then the smell will be gone and also sweetness will be less.

Here goes my list of complain, I have buy this product twice first time, I thought it is just random that some pieces are hard fibre but after second I realized i was lucky first time.1) there is less bamboo and more sugar.2) bamboo pieces are not fresh, some have rot in syrup, gives taste like alcohol.3) there are lot of hard bamboo pieces, they just taste bad and get stick in between teeths.4) irregular pieces, some are like tiny as 1 inch and some are like filling half portion of lower part.5) I buy this 2 times, but nothing but absolute disappointed pervaded my mind. I lost my ₹ 700.6) overpriced

I've given 5 star ratings for -1. Flavor&2. Value for moneybecause my 13 year son didn't throw any tantrums after trying it !!😅& I've given 4 star ratings for -3. Packagingbecause for 5 star ratings Glass jar container is a must !!

It's super tasty. However if you feel it's a bit sugary wash it with water and then consume, I do the same. I bought this for height increase as mentioned by Fit tuber in one of his videos but I was scared to buy it because of the reviews😅, but the product is good👍🏼. I've just started consuming it, it's been two days.
