Looks can be deceiving
This was supposed to be a Spicy Sausage. On a heat scale I'd give it a 3 at best. Spicy means just that Spicy! Fell way short.

Best sausage in the USA,
I have been buying this sausage for 50 years. Best I have ever tasted, low fat unlike store bought. The original BBQ house was named Black's BBQ in Elgin, Tx which still serves to this day. This sausage is a real winner; its the taste, real casing, low fat, all beef or pork (your choice) and smoked yo perfection!
