Two things about this product. One is the taste, it is a bit strange sweet taste. Second I think it increase appetite. I gained a bit in the couple of weeks that I was on this supplement without any change in diet or lifestyle.

I thought there would be more in the bottle I may not have read the advertisement closely but it is nice that these pills are very small and easy to swallow.

Product came as described. It’s easy to take and tastes great!

I've been struggling to raise my D3 levels for many years now. I started taking this a short time ago, not even a couple of mos, and my D3 went up 10 pts!!! That is truly amazing & I couldn't be happier. It's been hovering around 30 IU & I couldn't for the life of me raise the number.I take one tab in the a.m. 1st thing, on an empty stomach (I take thyroid meds & this has been cleared by my dr) for max absorption. People often forget D3 is a hormone. Taking this form on an empty stomach provides the maximum delivery which is why I'm so thankful to find a sublingual. I take this in combo with a couple other complimentary supplements, including an Omega-3 w/1,000 IU D3, throughout the day. From personal research I've done, there are several reasons to divide up doses throughout the day. [primarily how the body assimilates & uses D3. taking higher doses @ 1x does not deliver maximum benefit.] I split a total 5mg (5,000 IU) dose as: 2,000 IU in a.m., 2000 IU with meal, 1,000 IU in evening.My only gripe is the info presented by the seller is incomplete. They need to update the product image w/ALL RELEVANT INFO such as quantity & product labeling. But, I certainly love this brand & product.I hope this helps anyone out there who is also struggling with D insufficiency.

I like that it is very small to swallow (many supplements are very large). I like the Source Naturals as a vitamin brand.

Don't dissolve all that well but taste good.
