I have a septic system and have this product on autoship. I use it every month. keeps my septic tank full of healthy bacteria to eat up poop etc.

It's rid x it will help but won't replace the need for a septic pump out its more of maintenance. And if it doesn't work its not like your gonna dig it out of the tank and send it back...
