Neato Robotics Robotics Original Replacement Parts Combo Brush. Compatible with Neato XV-11, XV-12, XV-14, XV-15, XV-21, XV-25, XV Signature Series, small, Black

I purchased this Neato Combo Brush to replace a beat up, lint filled, fallen apart, original brush that came with the Neato Signature Pro XV when new. The original Brush lasted for nearly 7 years. I purchased this particular brush over other slightly cheaper brushes, because in the advertisement, they claim it's a Genuine Neato Accessory. I wanted the same satisfaction I got from the original factory product. I have no way of comparing the cheaper available versions of the product, but when comparing my old beat up brush to the new one, the quality was obvious. I've been running this replacement brush daily and I now realize how important a new brush is to the Neato Vacuum cleaner. My dust bin is now packed with dog hair and other miscellaneous debris...not just lightly packed like before. It's obviously doing a much better job than with the old beat up brush. So far I'm very happy.

My family has a dog that rarely sheds but once in a while we can see clumps of hair laying around the house and it's just easier to have a robotic vacuum to remember to vacuum for you instead of doing it yourself once a week only on the weekends. This Brush that didn't come with our original Neato is amazing! It's a lot quieter than the plastic/rubber only brush and leaves the clean vacuum rows on the floor like a normal vacuum would. I would suggest cleaning the brush after every 2-3 runs because hair will get stuck around it as some other reviewers mentioned, This is because this brush picks up a lot more debris and dust around your house than the original brush. It's not hard to notice the difference. If you clean it out normally when you empty the dust bin, you should be fine.Pros:Quiet! The Neato is quite loud, this brush reduces the noise on the carpet somewhat, but on our laminate flooring it's extremely quiet and we can sleep while it's cleaning.More Picked up: More dust and hair is picked up around our house than with the old brush. It feels a lot cleaner.Vacuum lines: This brush helps leave better vacuum lines in the floor, I don't know if this is just me but I just like the look of a freshly vacuumed floor!Cons:Cleaning out the brush: Since it's more likely to pick up hair, you have to clean out the brush more frequently compared to the plastic/rubber only brush.Emptying the dirt bin more: Oh wait that's a POSITIVE THING! It cleans a lot better. Silly me! :)I cannot be more happier with my Neato vacuum and this accessory for it.

I'm not sure about the reviews saying it doesn't fit the Signature. The one i received fits fine. Gave new life to my Neato. The quality looks identical to the original. The combination of silicone with bristles is effective with hair and a lot more quiet than just silicone.

A friend gave me a Neato XV21 but it needed a brush and filters. I checked Amazon for Neato parts, found the Neato Combo Brush for a good price, checked the reviews and decided to buy it. It turned out to be a good choice. It was very easy to install; fit perfectly and turned my Neato XV21 into a very efficient and thorough cleaning tool. I definitely recommend this brush for anyone that is looking to replace a brush on the Neato XV series.

I have an older model and have had it for more than 10 yrs. The brush needed replacing, the installation was a bit difficult as I'm not very tool savy. Yet, the installation was complete once I found out where and how it needed to go. My little robotic friend works just as new.

My xv12 did not want to work with this upgraded brush at first. I let it run without the guard and it worked perfectly. The second run worked well with the guard back in place. My guess is that the band just needed to be stretched, as this brush is a little thicker than the brush that came with the machine. Machine is also much quieter than it was originally.

I bought a replacement brush as part of a kit for a good price and it sounded horrible and stopped the vacuum from working. This popped in and my 10 year old XV works fine.

I've had Wilson, my first Neato vacuum, for about 10 years. We've been good for each other for the most part. Every once in a while, I just like to treat him to something new: batteries, a new dirt bin, etc. This time I replaced his brush sweep. I think he really appreciated it and, in return, seems to be doing an especially good job around the house lately. It's a relationship that's worth the effort.

Wir haben den NEATO bereits seit zwei Jahren im Gebrauch. Die Standardbürste sah irgendwann sehr mitgenommen aus, also haben wir nach einem Ersatzteil gesucht. Dabei sind wir auf diese Bürste gestoßen, sie ist um einiges besser als das Standardteil und hält auch länger.Die Teppiche werden besser abgesaugt. Preisleistung ist hervorragend.

Mucho más silencioso que el cepillo de palas que lleva de serie algunos modelos de Neato.Es increíble la diferencia, de ser un ruido molesto que no se podía estar en casa mientras el Neato limpiaba a poder estar tranquilamente.La única pega que tiene es que hay que limpiarlo más a menudo para quitarle los pelos pero merece la pena el cambio.

Spazzola fantastica. Silenziosissima ed efficacissima su tutte le superfici. Con la spazzola standard il rumore era alquanto fastidioso, ma una volta montata questa, puoi far andare il robot anche di notte!

Definitely makes it quieter, and cleans carpets better! 30 second job to change the roller and now I'm rid of that really annoying (and loud!) 'motorboating' sound, vast improvement and well worth the £25. Ordered at 6.30pm and was ready for collection from my local drop shop at 8am the next morning, excellent service! 5*
