I love this product, It is perfect for my cat, bringing her to and from the vets and transporting her very uncomfortably to different places. It arrived very fast, I would highly recommend this product.

I am returning this carrier because it smelled so bad and because the measurement given are not accurate. Yes it's nice and spacious from the base but then it tapers from mid to top of the carrier. This means that there is not enough headspace for the animal. My cat is 5kg and she was just about fitting in there. Good for a 8 to 20 week old kitten or a very small puppy.

Not used it yet yet but hope it will be ok for my fussy cat. Still havn't figured out where the metal bar enclosed is meant to ho though.

This looks to be a good quality product which is well made. It is spacious and we think it will be perfect for our whippet puppy (10 weeks old) so that she can accompany us on walks. Don't know how she'll take to this, but our previous pup enjoyed being carried when they got too tired. My only criticism is that the base is a little hard so she will need a blanket.

I bought this in anticipation of new puppy. On the meantime the cats seem to enjoy and makes taking 2 at a time to the Vet really stress free. Very versatile and well thought out.

This pet carrier I feel would not be suitable as you would have to keep tight hold all the time. It cannot stand up on it's own.

I picked this carrier to transport my cat to and from the vet's as I can't carry him anymore and thought this would be ideal. When it arrived I was surprised at how small it was, big enough for a cat, sure, but I personally would only be comfortable using it for the toy breeds of dog, or small puppies. Anything bigger would be very uncomfortable in such a small space. Secondly it is NOT lined with fleece or memory foam as described, it's a waterproof fabric inside. Third, and most importantly, my cat managed to unzip the lower part and escape! He ran into a garden and I had to frantically grab him and drag him back into the carrier, which I then carried. Luckily I was next door to the Vet's so it wasn't far, but it's also on a busy road, thank God he didn't run that way or it could have been a real tragedy, all for a little convenience. I was shaken up and my poor cat was trembling - the vet was great and calmed him down with a towel sprayed with feliway. I got a taxi home I couldn't put him through anymore trauma, let alone myself and the carrier still wasn't secure. I have since used a tie-wrap to keep the two zips together and he can't get out again I hope. This needs to have some sort of clip on the outside so that this can't happen in future, it's dangerous. Please be aware of this issue with cats, they're amazing escape artists and it's worth being on the safe side. The zips aren't the highest quality so I don't know how long they'll last anyway. It's certainly not worth the £39.99 I paid for it.
