Very clear label. Easy to swallow. Helping with fatigue and recovery. I've noticed I heal a little faster on days I don't have a protein shake.

I had been taking large tablets from the drug store that worked okay if I took enough, but I had to crush them and put them in apple sauce to get them down. This product has much less ingredients and is so much easier to take, whether you swallow them whole with a drink or open them up to put in food. By the way, a lot of advice on the net recommends taking on an empty stomach, but I believe it's best absorbed with healthy food that is low in arginine. I take two a day, one am and one pm. I can't tell you how much it improves the quality of my life; like night and day.
