This thing sucks! The little wire hangers fall off all the time. It's not worth much at all.

The product is not exactly as described and failed to meet all of my expectations. I've used this product for several months, and while it is still attached to the wall, it does not snap up to give you extra space as the description suggests. I disliked this product because you would need to use an incredible amount of force to move these shelves from a horizontal to vertical position. Even my boyfriend could not get these to pop up, and it certainly isn't convenient enough to move on a day-to-day basis. This product looks like the picture, and is a nice addition aesthetically to the laundry room. You can separate the shelves and use each shelf individually. I use these for drying laundry and hanging up clothes straight from the dryer to avoid wrinkles. Compared to similar products I would recommend this product because, it is still the best I could find online. If you plan to buy this for the space-saver feature don't;Otherwise this is still a decent product that serves its purpose in the laundry room.

Easy to assemble. I use this in the laundry room to hang dry clothes. It holds 4 to 5 sweaters. The smaller rods pop out from time to time. I would have preferred a color other than white but unfortunately white is the only option. Even though it's plastic it doesn't look bad.

With all the athletes and a teenaged girl in my house, I constantly had spandex and delicate sweaters, etc. spread on my bed and draped EVERYWHERE drying. I've halfheartedly looked for a solution but didn't like what was available. A freestanding unit still clutters my house, and many of the wall mounted units looked flimsy. This one is perfect, there's a rod for hangers and a shelf for flat (sweaters) or small (gloves and balaclavas) things...well designed and the price is amazing.The manufacturer says it takes 15 mins to put this thing up. My amazing husband is extremely smart and efficient and he probably spent twice that, but WOW this thing is the BOMB! He said the mounting hardware was above average for this kind of prepackaged shelf and actually used it instead of upgrading the way he usually does.The unit looks nice as it comes with plugs to hide all the hardware, and it is solid as a rock. The shelf will fold up when not in use, but since it securely snaps down when in use, you really have to put some muscle into the process of unsnapping/resnapping in. Unless it loosens up with use, mine is apt to stay down.I'm WELL pleased with my purchase.

Wonderful item. I now have plenty of room to hang my cloths that cannot be placed in the dryer. I am pretty handy so I was able to mount it by myself but it took close to an hour. I really liked that they included a template that I used to drill the holes needed in the wall.

We have a small narrow laundry room with two windows around the laundry tub, so I loved the idea of one of these racks because it gave me a rack that would fit in my space. It went up easily and I have used it quite a few times to dry dedicates. I hang hangers from the rod on the front so they are easy to reach when I am taking laundry out of the dryer. This works much better than putting my wet items on hangers and hanging them over the laundry tub. I am hoping to find a space for the other rack. It is easy to use and looks nice .

Very sturdy, durable clothes rack. I have been using this for several months now with no issues. Excellent product and value.
