This is the best real and pure yuzu juice I have found on Amazon. It's great to flavor plain sparkling water (I own a sodastream and can't stand the flavoring syrups), but my favorite use is to add a nonconventional citrus flavor to my non-alcoholic cocktails. I've even used it in salad dressings when I ran out of lemons: not too bad!

Perfect when used with avocado oil for sauteed veggies, esp Zuchini. Much better than the common lemon:)

I love putting a little Yuzu juice into soy to make my own Ponzu sauce. It's great on fresh fish, shrimp, or thinly sliced steak! Only issue is the bottle. It doesn't seal well and I've had the whole thing leak out twice when tipped over.

This tastes like honey and Sweetarts had a baby. We used it in a hard candy recipe, and it's very good; different flavor my guests couldn't quite put their finger on.

The product was fine, but the use by date only gave me days to cook with. Not worth the purchase.

Love this, great on everything! Only wish it had a bigger size.

This stuff is delicious. A little goes a long way and it makes awesome cocktails (it’s also super tasty in sparkling water).

Not a rave review nor is this product bad. It just doesn’t have the same tanginess/tartness that another brand had. Would purchase again if I couldn’t get my #1 but wasn’t my favorite.
