Very poor quality product, overpriced
This is an over priced flimsy poorly manufactured item. Had I known how flimsy it is I would not have bought it. It's basically a kettle and plastic tent, not value for money. When it arrived I unpacked the tent from its bag, I took the 'steamer' out of its box, it took many attempts to remove the upside down lid from the top of the steamer, it was a real struggle because it had stuck to the cheap plastic seal underneath. The hose is too short and when assembled pulls on the fitting that attaches to the tent. It's really poor quality.Don't pay full price , even if you are desperate and need one in these challenging times..I feel like have been ripped off..
